Sale prices are reasonable. Regular prices are quite high but I think they have regular sales. A lot of selection. I like that you can buy online and return in store.

As usual was very satisfied with my shopping. Two of my grandsons found the sneakers of their dreams for the upcoming school year. I found a wonderful pair of sandals in the discount section and just could not leave them there. Also took a chance on a pair of snow boots that were final sale for another grandson and he loves them. Another positive experience.

Shame on you DSW!! I bought two pairs of sneakers less than a month ago at the Moncton location. On one pair, the sole had begun separating from the shoe. It is a manufacturing defect that one would expect would qualify for a direct replacement as it has been less than a month since purchase. I went to the store and spoke with a sales team member, and to my suprise and disappointment they would not replace the sneakers. The sneakers have been lightly used and are very clean. They did offer a repair service which would take approximately two weeks, however I am from Nova Scotia here visiting my mother for a few days. Shame on you DSW! Stores like sports Chek, Cleaves, Mark's would have replaced or offered an equal value replacement with no questions asked. I am very dissatisfied with my experience at DSW. I will not be a returning customer. 0/5 stars

Don’t buy from this place unless you love spam email. I’ve unsubscribed from their emails three times and still get them. very anoying. Don’t give out your information to retailers. Lesson learned.

Visited this place once and fell in love with both the store and the products. The shoes here are amazing

I bought two nice pair of sandals at very good price

One of the few places that offer shoes in wide. Can't control my foot size, nice to have a shop that has decent selection. If they don't have what you want in store, their website has it.

Worst shopping experience, hope they put some effort in customer service than stocking. My last visit.

Our to go shoe store in Moncton for our lil dude. Always found what we need for him.
