DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

Staff were friendly and helpful, the spent time helping my 84 yr old dad pick out and try on shoes. They didn't have the color he wanted so they shipped to his place. They arrived in two days.

I went runner shopping at this store on thursday March 21/24, shortly after 1pm. There were 2 customers in the store besides me. No customer service at all to help you. They prefer to stand behind the counter and visit. Treated me very poorly as I stood there hobbling on my crutches. Did not offer to help at all even though they could see I was having troubles standing there waiting to pay for my runners. When I did pay, they gladly took payment but did not like it that I would not give them my phone number. They did not help me get to the door as I fumbled 2 times trying to get out. I will never go to this store again. Horrible Horrible place. 5 yrs. ago, completely different staff and they helped you and were polite and courteous. There was no management to address my concerns with either. The staff today were rude as heck and very disrespectful.

A nice top designed shoes warehouse . Has men's and women's fashion, dress, casual footwear, rain, and snow boots.

I had an opportunity to donate my shoes and thanks so much to Sukhwinder to guide me through the rewards process and I really appreciate her quick response and support for customers.I will surely visit again.

The customer service was extremely disappointed. The representative was not willing to help for appropriate shoe size.
