After running into problems exchanging my license from the USA and being turned away after a long wait, I sent an email asking for extra assistance from DriveTest and was very happy with how things unfolded after that. The manager of the Oakville location reached out to me right away and I was able to go in and meet with her directly without having to wait again or take a number. Great customer service, they were really understanding and willing to help me out as long as I did my part (which I did). Thanks!

I did my G Road Test today.. My appointment was at 12:00noon.. I can and registered half an hour earlier but ended up doing my test at 1:00pm.. Apparently someone was there checking their examiners.. Some sort of Quality Control I’m assuming based from what the desk staff told us.. Even though I waited a long time, my examiner was really nice.. Gave instructions well ahead of time.. Had a good experience all in all..

Writing my G2 test was fine...but I had to go back to renew my licence. I was confused about the ticket process and grabbed more than 1. To be kind I let them know I have more than one ticket so they dont wait - this lady lost her mind at me for letting her know. Also they "lost" my paperwork and I had to wait 8 MONTHS for them to figure out what was going on and get me my licence.

Went for my G2 yesterday and I passed! My examiner was Steve, he was very calm and had a positive attitude through out the test. My friend had the same examiner few weeks back and he had the same experience with Steve. He gives his instructions very clearly and marks fairly too! Only reason for 4 stars is the place is under staffed, u have to wait for good 2,3 hours to get something done. Then again some people just yell at the people who work inside without considering that it’s not their fault, employees have to take the blame for managements faults.

My experience was very positive. Both of my tests, G2 and G, went smoothly. Staff is helpful there. My examinater was a nice guy!
