For new construction, they bid on a job and accepted the contract. After much delay and rescheduling they told the builder that they had underbid the job and refused to complete it.

We needed to replace water lines in our home due to a failing PEX product (CPI Durapex). We explored a number of businesses to complete this work before moving forward with Driggs Plumbing. They had done this work before and use a quality German product. We worked on a time and materials agreement. Their hourly rate was very reasonable for the area and was considerably lower than a couple of companies in Rexburg and Idaho Falls. We scheduled the date and they showed up on time and completed the job in the time frames estimated. The plumber showed up on time and stayed on the job until completed. He was polite and worked very cooperatively with our drywall contractor. It was a dreadful project to have to undertake, but Driggs Plumbing took care of business. We recommend them highly without hesitation!
