Shawn came for a routine furnace maintenance visit we requested as we have lived in our home for 4 years and have not had any maintenance performed. He was very thorough and courteous and explained everything he was performing. He was very careful not to track in any dirt from the van to our home. He found issues with the furnace and showed me what he found and explained what related to them and explained what our options are. We have dealt with Advanced before and are always very satisfied with the services provided

Waited 3 weeks just to get an estimate for a gas fireplace install. They called the day before our appointment and left a message saying they were calling about our appointment. Didn't have time to call back and assumed it was a confirmation call. The next day after no one called or showed up during the 4 hour block we called and we're told that they were going to have to reschedule. They then tried to schedule us out an additional 2 weeks. After all is said and done it would have taken 5 weeks just to get an estimate? I would hate to see how long it takes to get any work done. Based on the reviews I just read doesn't look like we are missing out on anything. Time to find someone else.

Should be named 'Advanced Wolf in Sheep's Clothing!' Their furnace tech came out and was over-the-top nice and friendly and talked a lot about making sure the house was safe for my family. He recommended I replace the furnace because he found a crack in the heat exchanger. I got a second opinion from another furnace company since there was NO carbon monoxide detected near the furnace when it was running. And guess what the other company found - no crack. The Advanced Home Services tech also tripped the breaker from inside the furnace (hard to do unless intentional), which meant that even after turning back on the power and gas to the furnace, I had to make sure he hadn't sabotaged something else in the furnace before using it. AND he put over 6 company branded stickers/tags on every piece of equipment anywhere near my furnace (water heater, furnace, water lines, etc) without ever asking if I wanted my equipment branded with their company stuff. And....EVERYONE I've talked to since this experience has told me even worse experience they or loved ones have had with this company. DON'T USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!

The technician (Shawn H) was very professional and nice. He figured out our problems and helped find solutions quickly and even removed the snake that was in our furnace! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using this company again!!!

Jason W. was professional and explained everything before going to work. He stayed past 5pm to get me completed so I could have water back on. He also took time throughout the day to show me what he was doing and explain things, give me options, and ask me what I thought. When he was done he asked if he had done it to my satisfaction and if I had any questions. he had a helper who had not cleaned up to my standards and I told him. He immediately cleaned up what I thought needed attention, i.e. some plastic scraps on the basement floor.
