Dragon Palace Restaurant

Luke warm food on a good day....often cold rock hard fried chicken wings, tasteless "hot and sour soup" in quotes because it is neither hot nor sour, just plain bland. Store-bought no-name brand cookies and jello for desert if there are other sweets, they are still in the store box with the price tag on it and be ready to wait for the cash/kitchen people to take a break from family drama before they either seat you or come to settle the bill. All in all, probably the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant......ever.

I always ordered from this place but the last time I ordered and picked it up, the food was ready in 5 minutes. When we got home, the squid, which we always order was completely re-heated and the ginger beef was soggy. Very disappointed. When I called to give them a second chance and advised of my last experience, the lady was insulted and simply told me that if I didn't trust their food to not order. Ok then. I ordered from Peking in Riverbend and it was a little pricier but the food was great. Done with Dragon Palace. If you ever go to their restaurant, notice the dust and cobwebs on the ceiling and lamps.

We have been ordering from dragon palace for 3 years now and we have always loved it. We ordered again quite excited for another delicious meal and found out when the food came that they have new owners. The food was terrible and we could not even finish our meal. The noodles were mushy and tasteless and the wanton soup was the same. There was not one part of our meal that we enjoyed and are very disappointed that we have lost our favorite Chinese food restaurant.

Terrible is the only word. Avoid this dive at all costs, brought my 8 year old son here for a quick bite of dinner before we headed to a hockey game, the old lady who works the front interrupted our conversation to accuse my son of eating a chicken wing off my plate. Which he did not, as he had a whole plate of food for himself already Like flipped out. Started hollering about they lose money and how people "put food in their backpacks and pockets" needless to say we just stopped eating and left. the food was luke warm and definently not fresh, I'm pretty sure it was what they served at lunch time and didn't sell. And the "dessert" selection was a bunch of store bought cream cookies. This place is dingy and the owner is stingy Do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else. Its not worth the hassle for mediocre at best food.

I have tried the restaurant twice in the past couple of months. Both times I arrived there was only one other person having lunch. I am greatly concerned about the buffet and specifically the lukewarm temperature that the food is held in. I have never ordered food for delivery and will concede that you may have a very different experience if the food was freshly cooked for your order.

This place SUCKS. There are dirty dishes on all of the tables and stuff pilled on other table. When I came in the lights were off in the room and the buffet and she turned them on when I came in. This is quite the experience. I hope I don't get food poisoning.

Mind a expensive but the lunch box is sweet and the woman that works here makes you feel l9ke family. They could use an update to the decor

This is a great restaurant have been going and ordering from there since I was a child And will continue to do So!: Best curry chicken I've had!!!

Great buffet. Front lady is wonderful. Free pop with lunch! Wow!!

ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING GARBAGE.. FAT OLD CHINESE WOMAN RUDE AND LIAR. HAIRS IN THE FOOD AND MICE RUN ACROSS THE FLOOR. NEVER EVER GO HERE.
