Cheerful staff and professional. They have also dealt with the pandemic well too with text message reminders and waiting in your car before being directed straight to a treatment room.
RECEPTIONISTS ARE THE FIRST IMPRESSION OF YOUR COMPANY. I cannot stress this any more. I had multiple people refer me to Dr. Gilchrist saying he was an excellent dentist. However when I walked in a new customer, with first time benefits I wasn't sure how the process of having dental coverage worked, and what appointments to book first. The receptionist was rude, and treated me as if I was an idiot. After asking her questions that she wasn't giving me answers for the other receptionist just sat there and stared at me instead of helping this other lady answer my questions. It was the most humiliating experience I have ever had. I ended up walking away and will not recommend this dentist office to anyone. I ended up going to another Dentist in the area and asked THE EXACT SAME QUESTIONS, and got all the answers, with SUPERB customer service!
This dental office was recommended to me by a very longtime receptionist in another dental office. My experience, then, so far, has been superb. I was essentially sent there by the competition. You cannot get a better recommendation than that. Good call. Accepted with gratitude
The people who are answering the phone don't care if you are going to remain their patient...yes very indifferent! Never flexible!!! If few minutes late, your ENTIRE appointment gets rescheduled...so I quit going there. Too rich to care anymore after 3 years..
Started going here in my late 30's. Experience and service are top notch. Dr. Gilchrist is very down to earth, personable and did a great job explaining everything he did. Very glad I made the switch.
Dr Gilchrist is an amazing Dentist, he is not a money grabber and doesnt max out insurance if its not needed, the girls in the back are all super friendly and they all have a great relationship with Dr Tim .
Dr.Gilchrist & staff are friendly, accommodating & knowledgable. Highly recommend this office to everyone :
