Dr. Madejski is a good doctor for the most part he listens and tries to understand his patients. But the down fall is the nurses and staff in the Medina and Albion office. They are rude, lazy and its a fight every time medication has to be filled for a person in chronic pain and is medically labeled terminally ill. It’s ridiculous and disgusting the way staff treats patients.
My wife and I are VERY senior citizens and have been with Dr. Madejski most of his career. We admit that he falls behind. One of the former doctors in the practice was very prompt. He asked me a question, I answered and the next question he asked indicated that he wasn't listening because he was too involved with the computer. Only once in almost 35 years did I feel that he did not have time for our questions. He could schedule fewer patients so that if you called, he could see him in thee months. I have a specialist that you wait many months to see. To see him quickly is only possible by seeing his PA first or going through the emergency room first. We will be patient and take him just as he is!
I had made a appointment for 11:00 am for the 30th. The Secretary said the worker accidentally made for 11am for the day before. I asked if I can still get the appointment time i was meant to have and was told I can get another in a week. I told the person on the phone I'll have to call back because I had that set appointment for a reason and then got told a harsh "ok" and got hung up on. No "have a good day" no ideas for what I can do. Nothing. Absolutely rude!
I'd give 0 stars if i could. do yourself a favor and find another doctor. this doctor obviously doesn't care about his patients. I haven't seen him in over a year and he cancels appointments even on the day OF THE APPOINTMENT!!! WHAT A JOKE!!! if u get a chance to see a practitioner, get ready to wait 2 hrs in the waiting room before u are seen.
Thank you Dr Madejski. When my father could no longer get out of the house, he made house calls. Who does that anymore?
If I could give 0 stars I would.. I'm a Former Patient There.. I've lived in Medina 17 Years.. I was at this office 5 years & they said I needed Pain management for my Back.. So I was given Hydrocodone in the Bucket loads.. 120 pills every 2 weeks.. I got Addicted.. And Then.. Kicked out of the Practice because I smoked Marijuana.. Kicked Off Cold Turkey.. IT DESTROYED MY MIND! I Got suicidal.. Angry, Depressed, Almost Died of Withdrawal! And Well Now I have to wear a patch & givin 6 pills every day & I have to see a Phycologist weekly & it all started here in 2006 to 2011. Very Negligent, VERY COLD! & 1 more thing.. Thanks for Ruining my ability to feel Happy Anymore.. It's Ruined my Life
Dr. Madejski is very conscientious in his work with the elderly and with the infirm in our area of Western New York, as I have witnessed first hand for many years as my wife's primary physician. We are very fortunate to have access to a man like Dr. Madejski in our area.
Would rank zero if I could. After changing my step fathers medication, to what was supposed to be an non-opiate narcotic to control body spasm. Our Pharmasist just told us we should have NARCAN!!!! in the house because it could kill him. The New med is an extremely powerful Opiate. Yet Madejski told us it wasn't at all. If you are a Worker's comp patient, look else where.
The receptionists are all nasty and when you ask for a specific time for an appointment they don’t listen. I think they need meds themselves.....Anthony is the only good one there....in search of another doctor
THERE IS A LONG LONG LONG WAIT FOR THE OLDER FOLKS. I HAVE BEEN WITH S FRIEND SEVERAL TIMES AND IT IS ALWAYS THE SAME. I FIND THIS UNACCEPTABLE OFFICE PROCEDURE AND SHOULD BE CHANGED.
