I've seen her twice with my son, and twice she has made us feel like we were wasting her time! She has poor doctor/patient etiquette and no patience. She had no time to listen to anyone and when you try to explain the situation, she becomes highly defensive. Her last words to us were " we are obviously getting nowhere, so I will send a letter to the school" and walks out the door!!! No good bye, do you have any questions or other concerns, NOTHING! We didn't know if we should leave or if she was coming back...it was terrible. Very disappointing indeed
I missed my appointment with my little boy a week ago, I've tried calling her clinic multiple times during the week, I was sent to voicemail every time. I texted the number that she left on her voicemail to reach her as she instructed, and she wont answer that either. Its easy to say I'm very disappointed in the healthcare here in deerlake. : I cant even reschedule an appointment for my boy. But I dont think I want to see her anymore after this anyway. Very poor management and service, they'll also make you feel like you're a terrible mother. She also hit my boys head of the weight scales when he was 2 weeks old but didnt even seem to take any notice and I constantly have issues with reaching her. It seems like the staff doesn't know how to pick up a phone. Edit: my son is now a year and 8 months old. I still haven't gotten the appointment :/
My son has been seeing her as his pediatrician for 3 years now. I love this clinic. Her staff are awesome and even when she has Med students they are great to talk to when seeking advice. Also, I've had my allergy testing done here
I dont even wanna give this a star but I have to if I wanna leave a review. I brought my daughter there and she treated me as though I were a joke. Being concerned for my daughters well being is not a joke. Safe to say I will never bring my daughter there again.
Drove from Gander to Deer Lake, for an appointment at 12:30, arrived at 12:40, and she had left for the day...UNACCEPTABLE!
