I was on vacation from out of province and had a dental emergency. Called every dentist within 100k and got a lot of "sorry we're booked". Deer Lake Dental though, understood my situation and went out of their way to fit me in. My tooth was fixed and I could carry on with my vacation worry and pain free. The procedure was quick, the dentist gentle and the receptionists very caring. This place is the best ever.

Going to the Deer lake dental centre was honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I get anxious when having dental work but the staff were very friendly and made me feel so relaxed. The dental hygienist was awesome and was very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and gave me pointers on how to improve my dental health at home. Dr. Alsamawi is great. He showed me all of my x-rays, he then explained and pointed out any problems I had and how we could fix them. I have never experienced such thorough dental care at any other dental office. I would 100% recommended going here.

Highly recommend. I had a dental emergency and I couldn't get a single dentist that takes direct billing to get me in. It was over a 3 week wait to see someone. I checked from Stephenville to Deer Lake and this amazing dentist clinc was the only one that could get me in and they accepted direct billing. I was so happy to see that she called me back later that night on Friday and got me in Saturday. Plus, the dental work and staff was amazing. I will be back. Thank you so much for everything you have done. I greatly appreciated it.

Travelling from out of province Ontario. My husband's filling came out. He was in pain! We got of the highway and they took him in right away. No wait time. The problem was taken care of. Thank you to the dentist and staff

I booked an appointment in early summer to have a tooth fixed and dentist looked at my teeth and immediately stated that I needed to have wisdom teeth taken out, not paying attention to my tooth that was the starting issue. Of course another visit was required with then fixing my tooth and more work done. I’m about 3 visits my complete benefits coverage from work was depleted. This dentist is out just for the money once knowing you have work benefits he will book you in for any work and ensure all benefits are depleted and not advise the patient so you have to then pay remainder. I was blindsided when I had my work done with them k owing full well I had coverage. As well my filling are jagged and constantly tear my tongue and unfortunately will wait until new year to get fixed. Stay away from this dentist unless you are looking to be tricked into paying a lot of money for services not required.

So grateful I was recommended to go to see this dentist, had a wisdom tooth extracted, after trying to get ahold of many dental clinics half of them not able to answer a call or to call back. Went to him and it was the smoothest tooth extraction I had!

In my opinion the work is fine but dentist will try to do more than you want done, dental is expensive even with good insurance. Hygienist is very nice and good with her patients.

Best dental office on the west coast of NL, I live in Corner Brook, but always to Deer Lake to Deer Lake dental.

I've been going to this dental clinic for a few years now.Amazing,friendly staff and a great,caring dentist in Dr. El Samawi. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs.

Very friendly staff and good service , the dentist was amazing , didn’t even feel the abstraction of my tooth . Definitely will return .
