Dr. Ronald Nardell, MD

Terrible receptionist, incompetent, negligent and irresponsible. Rons a great doctor, but I WOULD NOT recommend this practice because of the receptionist. Her failure to forward messages or return calls leads to no prescriptions called in, not getting referrals or test results and POOR care.

Dr. Nardell is professional and goes above and beyond to care for his patients. In addition his receptionist has been courteous and helpful each time that I have had an appointment for the past 5 years.

Oh my god, Dr.Nardell was a great doctor but his staff is the rudest people on earth. I will never set foot in that office unless it's to tell him to get new answering service and new secretary who gave me bad advice twice. You have a medical problem go to the ER because we are short staffed and we don't feel like seeing you. Great thanks a lot!

He is great. But his receptionist is the worst. Never returns calls and it seems that when you are there in person or on the phone that you are bothering her. So not professional!!!!

Dr Nardell is the best family doctor an his staff is great
