Years ago I loaded rail trailers at this place and the lady in the shipping dept. would always refuse to give me two copies of the shipping order after I got loaded. She told me it was a waste of paper. I told her in a nice manner that I needed two copies so I would have one to give the rail yard in Chicago (without one for the rail yard they will refuse to accept the loaded rail trailer to put on the train) and one to turn into my company so they could get paid for the load along with paying me. She still refused to give me two copies of the shipping order. I would have to on my own get a copy of the shipping order made every time I loaded at this place. What a joke this place was for me to load at. They acted like they hated all truck drivers before you even showed up to load.

I had to deliver a load here the workers here are nice and courteous but they made me shut off my truck and give them the keys it was very hot outside. I personally think that we should have the option of dropping the trailer and pulling away from it instead of having to sweat your ass off while being unloaded.
I hope that the corporate head honchos reevaluate this rule. I'm going to let my dispatcher know that I don't want to deliver here anymore.
