I got my nails done here after having a bad experience at another salon in Orangeville, and couldn't be more happy with the results. It's been over a week and my nails still look awesome! Andy was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and talented. Update June 2022 --- Been there 3 times now and I can't recommend them enough. They're awesome!! Highly recommend.

By far the best nail salon in Orangeville. They also accept text messages for appointments which is super helpful. Wide variety of colour options and wonderful staff. Fantastic!

Diane I believe was her name was so lovely! There’s a reason I only come here. It’s clean and the staff is always friendly, never had a mistake occur here. The pricing is good too!

Haven't had my nails done in 5 years. So I booked an appointment. She said he knows how to do acrylic. So I say ok. Go in at 10am and sit down at table 6. The owner comes by and says he doesn't speak english but we will tell him what needs to be done. I say "Oh, ok", but I'm a little worried how the translation will go. I asked for acrylics and any colour with a flower done on top. I agree to french style. So 30 mins go by and the owner stops by and shows him what he missed in filing my nails and how to correct it aling with how to shape my nails. Now I'm really worried. Stressed and can't relax, wondered why they set me up with him if he is still training. They know I'm a new client and would return for more business. 1 whole hour goes by and he is still filing my nails. I had to leave to meet a friend at 11am and returned at 11:35 so that he could finish. I tap my watch to let him know I had to leave at noon to go back to work. Well I didn't get my flower because he was so slow. He didn't do my cuticles nor give me cream for my hands. My hands were dry. I was so fustrated, she made me pay full price for a trainee. I did tell her that but she wouldn't look at me. I sat there for 1hr and 25 minutes. I thought that my hands were going to be pampered that day. Instead my cuticles are very dry, the white at the bottom of the nails some are uneven and some nails don't look right. Am I going back? ABSOLUTLY NOT. They should have told me before hand but they didn't. There should have been somebody there to take over. But "No" everyone was busy with a customer. I live close by. Its obvious they didnt care about me the customer or my experience. They were only interested in the money.

My Mom83 years old was visiting from out of town and she had asked if I knew of a salon where she could make an appointment for a manicure/gel. I knew exactly where the best service would be. It just so happened that we were passing by Dr Nails and stopped in to see if they had any availability. As luck would have it, Andy was free. He was wonderful with Mom and even posed for a picture with her. Thanks for taking such good care of Mom and for the lovely looking nails she will show off to her friends back home!

I needed a nail salon to fix the poor work done on my nails. Showed up at Dr. Nails just around their closing time. I was thrilled that they offered to fix my nails right away. She did a great job and even provided useful tips on proper nail care. I am going natural for a while, but I will certainly go back when I decide to glam it up a bit!

I called for a last minute pedicure and they were able to squeeze me in same day. The massage chairs was an awesome treat! My technician gave an amazing massage and my nails looks so great!
