Dr. Michelle M. Barnett, MD

I have been with Dr. Barnett for 5 years and I am a very happy and confident patient. She is amazingly thourough and takes the time with you. She records everything right there and then. She references everything since being there from the last appointment. She may run overtime with appointments which may cause your appointment to run late and/or see her later than the time of your appointment, which is due to her thoroughness and accuracy. She’s very attentive, listens to you w/care, offers suggestions and takes the time needed. I am very comfortable due to her calming nature, confident with her knowledge and her wonderful bedside manner.

Dr Barnett has been my doctor for a year and a half. I've found her to be attentive and thorough. I'm 67 years old and am very particular about my doctors. Dr. Barnett has been very responsive to my requests and my concerns.

Dr Barnett has been my doctor for over 8 years, despite the occasional long waiting room times she is very thorough and takes the time to answers all my questions. When I'm sick and need an appointment I'm always fit into the schedule in a timely manner unlike most of my other doctors. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I can't review Dr. Barnett because every time I call noble Baystate primary care or whatever it is called now, I rarely get through to anyone.. I'm put on hold for 5-10 minutes or more until I just hang up and since I signed my old doctor's release and called 5 times to see if I could set AN APPT which I needed badly and relayed that to Diane, it's been 2 months or more. Now today when someone finally answered and I said I totally understand things take time but I was in a car accident and I need to be seen, the lady Diane jumped the gun, said WE DON'T DO ANY MOTOR VEHICLE and I said abruptly All I KNOW is o need to be seen really bad by a primary care i have anxiety I need referral to a dermatologist my life is being put on hold by this.. she cut me off and said ok don't tell at me and after over two months of being super nice and trying hard to be seen I said OH MY GOD and hung up on her. I will go in there today to sign another release so I can go somewhere else they are not accountable to patients they don't care, and they never called me to follow up even when I followed up multiple times I'll never go there again even though Dr. Barnett came highly recommended.

Could care less about her patients. It always seems like a bother whenever i need to speak to her or someone else in the practice. Terrible all around, very unprofessional.
