I have had ongoing dental care over the last few months and want to thank the wonderful staff at the clinic. The dentist have both been wonderful,the hygienists have been great, and their office staff very welcoming and informative. I suffer from terrible anxiety when in the dental chair and it's been manageable. So from the bottom of my heart, I thank the whole wonderful team. See you in 2023
I had a fantastic experience here. In fact, it was probably the best experience I have ever had at a dentist as an adult. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The visit was quick but still felt comprehensive. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
First visit today. Wasn't sure whether to go going off the bad rating on here untill I saw this rating is based on just two patients who weren't happy. I had a very good experience today: Front desk, hygienist and dentist all super friendly and I am happy with the result. Will definitely come back here and I know some friends of mine are too : As a comment on those reviews. People that are from Europe originally dentist do have a different way of communicating. More straight forward combined with being serious about their work, that shouldn't be taken as being rude!
Staff was lovely and the covid procedures felt comprehensive but the orthodontist I saw quite rude. I've never had a health professional treat me that way ever. I had sensitivity in one tooth. I told him that it was causing severe pain and he was unapologetic and continued to work without offering any alternative or pain management.
Dr. Kahanes techniques are very "old school" and need to be modernized. I had a very traumtic experiace a couple weeks ago- 6 days prior to my encounter at Kahanes, I had gotten my wisdom teeth out in Lethbridge and I ended up getting a weird bone growth. I put my trust in Dr. Kahane and his staff to take care of the bone and as well as myself. My face was very swollen and very sore which I made very clear, Dr. Kahane proceeded to grab my jaw quite firmly and aggressively and squeeze it to hold steady. I tried to stop him because it was a horrible pain throughout my whole mouth. I was grabbed by a dental assistant and was no longer able to move my arms. It was an experiance to say the least. **this is to make others aware and give knowledge on what to expect from Dr. Kahanes. I respect the office and everyone who works there regardless of my negative experiance, I hope they will adjust their knowledge and skills to better fit the moderen ways of dentistry.
Very happy with my visit. The staff have been excellent!
Friendly staff, dentist is really nice and thorough. Happy to be a new client.
