As folks on the road that aren't clients, we felt blessed that you were able to help us on such short notice and that you were sp accommodating to our fur family while we waited! We joked that we have to move to Cranbrook now because we found a great Dentist and really, the entire Baker Hill team!

The team at Baker Hill Dental have always been professional and very welcoming since I was a child. The office is also very clean. I was experiencing a significant amount of pain with one of my wisdoms that I should have removed a long time ago.... The office was very booked up, yet they were able to get me in right away, and provide me with the care that I needed. Dr. Burwash made my experience in the chair very comfortable. The follow up and care that I received from Mr.Burwash and Kyla was very supportive and helped put my mind at ease. Although I do not love the dentist, I look forward to returning to this office for future dental treatment.

Just had 3 wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Kevin Shen. It was my first time going to this Dentist so I was a little nervous at first but he does a great job making you feel comfortable and he also thoroughly explains all possible complications beforehand. In my case there were no complications. I didn't feel any pain Just slight pressure during the surgery. The evening after and the next day I was a bit sore but this pain was nothing compared to the pain my wisdom teeth have caused me in the past. The pain was easily managed by Advil afterwards and normally I experience pain worse than most people. Would definitely recommend this Doctor to anyone who is considering having them taken out, even if you haven't gone to him before. The staff and hygienists were all really great too.

Being that dentists all charge pretty much the same in Cranbrook the quality of care and facility matter the most. With Baker Hill Dental you know the minute you walk through their door that their facility is top notch and the dentists care about the details. I don't enjoy going to any dentist, however, since switching to Baker Hill I don't dread it. I highly recommend you stop in and have a chat with them about what future needs you might have.

I just had my two upper wisdom teeth pulled out by Dr. Kevin Shen and I couldn't be more happy with his work. My teeth were in so bad shape that I was dreading the procedure but the good doctor had them out in no time, and I felt minimal pain. I was even able to plant my garden that very day. once the stiches fell off I was amazed by how good my mouth felt. I'm accualy looking forward to getting the next two out.

Baker Hill is so friendly and caring. Had 4 crowns done yesterday and they were great. They just called to check and see how I was feeling. How sweet. Dr Kevin Shen is the best.
