I've always had very good, professional, friendly service when getting my skin care treatments.

Not helpful. I've had skin problems since I was a teenager and I got a referral from my doctor to see this dermatologist. I had to wait one whole year before being able to see the dermatologist, my problem isn't urgent or an emergency so waiting longer than others is reasonable.nnWhen I finally got to go to my appointment I barely even saw the doctor, I just talked to her assistant for about 5-10 minutes. The dermatologist finally entered the room, barely looked at me for more than 3 seconds, and she was gone in less than 60 seconds. I couldn't ask any questions or get any information, she had no interest in my problem or why I was there.nnI used the perscription she quickly wrote me and it didn't fix my skin problems. I've used this medicine before so I wasn't confident it would help me this time if it didn't last time, but she was gone so fast I couldn't even provide background information.

She managed to squeeze me in within a week while being pregnant and getting a massive rash. She took the time to do research and find ways to help me sleep and cope with it. She is very kind and knowledgeable.

Dr. Giroux was great. I was seen quickly once I had my referral finally go through. She gives you the time to ask all the questions you have. Treatments were quick and effective.
