Had my Kidney removed in January. Everything was perfect! No issues I will recommend him highly as a Kidney specialist. Thanks again Dr. Bilgasem.

This man helped save my life in the middle of covid 19, un obstructing the urethra from 2 major stones. His bed side manor is exceptional. A good dr. After many years on top of it.

My 94 yr old Mother is having bladder issues. My Dr and I agreed that a cystoscope would be to difficult for her so she referred my Mom to Dr. Bilgasem for a consultation. When we arrived at his office for our appt. the office was full, I thought oh no I only have an hr for parking. 10 minutes later Dr. Bilgasem arrived - then I thought I'm really in trouble but 10 minutes later he had already gone through all the people ahead of my Mom. We were called into his office and 60 seconds later we had an appointment for a cystoscope! I tried to let him know that she wouldn't be able to do this but he wouldn't even let me talk ...he went on to his next patient! At a later date I tried to speak to his secretary about this situation - she was no better than him. I cancelled the cystoscope and will look for a different specialist. I would like to know what he is billing OHIP for his 60 seconds appointments!

I had kidney cancer and he removed it. The complete process including hospital was 2.5 days then home with 3 small incision holes.I had no issues.

Would not recommend him for Autistic children.
