Worst office I have ever attended by far! As a retired Dental Assistant, I am in total shock regarding this office’s lack of dental ethics. They did a $1500.00 crown on my husband that within 2 mths. had sheared off at the gum line because they did the totally wrong procedure! I was advised by an associate to have a tooth that was cold sensitive extracted or Root Canaled by an Endodontist. I went elsewhere for a second opinion, turned out to be a massive sinus infection, my tooth is just fine. Even though we paid our bills every time we left their office we were sent an overdue notice for a substantial amount. After no one returned my call for over a week I was finally told it was just a mistake. Run fast and far people!
It is not safe at this clinic. Never in my 35+ years have I been cut by a dentist. One of the main dental doctors there, while doing a pretty normal filling, slipped and cut my lip pretty badly. He immediately tried to cover what had happened and put vasalene on, saying it was nothing. When I went to pay, I was dumbfounded and asked the 'newer' secretaries to take a picture of it as I didn't have a phone. She did, and I asked to speak to someone but no one was available. Later I got a call from someone that sounded blunt and cold, saying that the secretary didn't know what she was doing, she was not allowed to take a picture and only asked questions that might cover their liability in the matter. This left me feeling like not only are the doctors here not professionals, but they are there only to protect themselves. Later that night the doctor called to check-up on the procedure from that day. I told him that the cut on my lip was pretty bad, he immediately apologized. A few days later Kelly Davidoff called, of course trying to make sure that I wasn't going legal with this, and I let her know that because the doctor was honest and apologized, I would not press charges, but that I would spread the word about this. It is not safe at this dental clinic. Also the hygienists, secretaries and the all around feel is that money is the priority, not you or your teeth.
I’ve shopped around to 4 different dentists in the kootenays for different quotes . Immediately I had a good feeling about this place. They booked me in to solve my issue for a fraction of the cost of other places and within the week. Dr. Kelly and the team are grounded, intelligent, light hearted folk that make dental work a breeze. Stoked to have come here and feel truly cared for. I never thought I would ever feel joy from going to the dentist. Thanks team!
I have constant tooth sensitivity on only the teeth dr. Davidoff worked on. It was really bad at first after getting fillings in 3 teeth. It is a constant reminder of her bad dentistry skills every time I eat something cold. Or I will unconsciously avoid eating cold things, like salad, fresh fruit out of the fridge etc. and I’m pretty sure I left her a comment on webMD and the yellow pages one a few months ago and it’s magically disappeared on both. But I’m back and on google too. Can’t make me go away, like the constant tooth sensitivity. I asked her for a refund also and she ignored my message.
Hello You have charged me without giving an advance estimate. I asked the clinic to fill one tooth only and you got me suffer pain physically and financially over multiple teeth at a time without my consent. I need to talk to Dr Daviddof regarding this miscommunication which I am not Sure if was not intentional. The Doctor also was supposed to call me after the surgery but he did not. Your clinic seems to try to maximise the income instead of listening to the patient’s need with an In-advanced communicated cost notice.
I am not usually compelled to write reviews but thought I would for my recent dental appointment. Fantastic staff. My Hygenist Stephanie is especially great.... Super patient, kind, and great at explaining things. Highly recommend!
Excellent staff and the most stress free dentist experience I've had. The quality of work is top shelf as well.
