Dr.Mohaseb is a master in ophthalmology, I can’t thank him enough! I had a big cyst on my eye lid and I’m someone who usually have anxiety around eye treatments but both the procedure and recovery time was super fast and painless!! The staff was also very friendly and did a great job putting my concerns at ease. I’m very grateful for the exceptional care I received at Pacific Vision.
It seems Dr Mohaseb has recently come from Iran Unprofessional, not friendly and no taking care of the patient My wife did her laser operation, result is not acceptable, Dr Mohaseb just replied, if not satisfied, go somewhere else.
The receptionist of this clinic does not know their job at all, my mother sat in the clinic for almost 2 hours today because they forgot to call her. Very unorganised
Dr. Mohaseb is very professional, punctual and takes care of his patients very well. Highly recommended. The front desk and the admission nurse are also helpful, welcoming and professional.
I asked to have my prescription emailed to me and was told because it was over a year old the doctor has a ‘rule’ that he won’t send it. I have a rule too that says if I pay for it it’s mine. It’s like going to see a doctor from the 50’s where the patient has no opinion. I will never return and have filed a complaint with the college
I wanted to take a moment to the thank the staff, technicians & Dr Mohaseb at Pacific Vision for their professional & friendly treatment. Starting with the courteous receptionist when first walking in that day, each staff member presented themselves in a positive, professional manor.
Dr Mohaseb did an excellent job on replacing both my cataracts. I found him to be calm and very reassuring about what to me was a scary procedure they're going to stick something in my eye! When I had the second one done I was no more nervous about it than I would have been over a routine dental appointment. The results of the surgeries have been all I could ask for. I perceive him to be a master of his craft and am grateful for the excellent care I received.
