Dr McGraw has replaced both of my knees and my right hip. He did an excellent job. He's personable and I'm very happy with him. As a result, I have just scheduled hip replacement surgery with him for my left hip.
An excellent physician who is courteous and thorough. He provided hip surgery for me 12 years ago. My prosthetic hip is continuing to do a good job. Thank you Dr. McGraw.
Dr. Joe McGraw is awesome he did a tremendous job on both my knee and hip replacements! I will not go to anyone else for my joint problems other than Dr. McGraw! 5 stars all the way!
Dr. McGraw is an old hand at this, with lots of experience. Very practical.
All through my TKR recovery Dr McGraw was not interested in my soft tissue problems surrounding my knee. That continued at my one year check up that I waited one hour for my appt. At almost 2 years, I am still have the same issues.
Office was run very well. All staff friendly and professional. Dr. McGraw covered all of my questions providing helpful information and options.
Im a long time customer at GLOC and have always gotten great care there. All staff is professional, minimal wait times and very informative. An excellent team of care givers.
Both the doctor and the nurse were very thorough in describing all the options and the positive and negative effects of each one. They answered all of my questions, the only thing that was somewhat disconcerting is they wanted an answer right then. Or it appeared that way to me. I went in knowing my knees were bone on bone, but not that I needed a replacement. For the layperson that’s a lot to take in all at once. I trust in his knowledge and experience, even though it seemed rushed they were there all the way through the exam.
Dr. McGraw did my initial hip surgery 18 years ago. I was one of those patients who was left with a half inch leg length difference. It has complicated my life all of that time, along with my 10 dessicated discs. My hip prosthesis dislocated twice...which is not pleasant. After the 2nd fall, I had to have a shoulder replacement. My shoulder is terrific! I admire Dr. McGraw for his knowledge, education, medical expertise, skillfulness, experience, and competence. In retrospect, I wish in all of those years I would have requested his notes from my surgeries and office visits; I don't always later recall his verbal recommendations. Perhaps I missed important suggestions. Sometimes he is cryptic, succinct and brief. Soooooo.....be proactive. Have someone take notes for you, or request them. His eyes are gorgeous, just sayin'. I still highly recommend him as a surgeon. He exudes confidence and that is admirable.
The whole process was very organized. Even at first impression I was impressed. Even though I have to go through the healing/pain process, Dr. McGraw did a fine job. Thank you! All the staff did a fine job!
