The woman answering the phone could not be more curt and rude. Once you get in for your appointment plan on a very long wait. You are then ushered into an examination room where you have another lengthy wait. Dr Arendshorst does not have a second to answer questions as he rushes out the door to the next patient. Money, not patient care, seems to be the underlying purpose of this office.
