Dr. Alley is a fantastic doctor. My family has been seeing him for years, so when I came up to NY for an extended trip, I decided to make an appointment. The entire experience was exactly what I would hope for in a visit to the doctor. He was attentive, asked questions, listened when I spoke, and incorporated lifestyle suggestions to help attack my issue at its core. Now 45 days after my appointment my stomach issue has completely reversed, and his suggestions on what were causing it were spot on. Thanks again Dr. John!

I have been a patient of Dr Alleys for several years now he is my dr my wife’s dr and my daughters doctor as well. Always been treated great and he was there when I didn’t have insurance and worked with me I live in central square and make trip to Marcellus because how great we get treated.

Secretary is very rude! On a phone conversation she stated "OH MY GOD!" And continued to be very rude. My sister was just calling to check on an authorization for medication which was called in several days prior. She was out of her medication, the secretary's response was "Well you"ll just have to pay out of pocket won't you!" I have never heard anyone treated so rude by a doctors office in the past!

Dr. Alley is the best Doc in the world and I will miss him greatly due to moving from the area : Highley recommend!!!
