I REALLY like Dr. Amanpreet Dhaliwal, but I cannot stand this clinic. The wait times for booked appointments are absolutely bizarre. On more than one occasion I was given a window of "1-4 pm" and then had to wait until 6pm for a call. It is impossible to plan my day around the schedules of the doctors. My second gripe is that the reception staff have now twice scheduled me with other random doctors at the clinic, despite me being very clear that I specifically need my family doctor. Having to wait a week for an appointment, wait another 2-6 hours for the doctor to call, and then finding out it's not even your family doctor on the other end of the line is infuriating. The staff do not listen to even basic instruction. Again, I really like my doctor. She makes me feel heard and takes time to explore options and has great information for questions I've had. But I'd rather go to a random walk-in if it means not having to deal with this clinic.

Special request to the doctor toor they need just change his front desk staff. Because she don't know how to work and how to talk the person who called them and ask them if someone need any appointments. Covid is over now so they need Start in person meeting stop making excuses for this thing . You can prescribed the medication but you can't Immunization on the phone so you have to meet in person .

Terrible top to bottom. The "doctor" showed up sweating and 45 minutes late. He looked homeless, had uncut finger nails, was wearing jeans and a stained t shirt, and rushed everything. They basically are one of 2 or 3 clinics doing immigration medical exams and it is all about volume. The clinic is FILTHY and the staff are rude. They charged a bunch of hidden fees. I think I got sick just from being there, genuinely. Just don't go here at all. They have about 5 different clinics and types of businesses running through this one building.

Worst clinic to get your aviation exam, wont update you on anything, then you find out the whole time they gave transport canada the wrong address, wrong email, basically wrong information on everything. Do not waste your time and money here.

The worst experience ever. I wish I can give less than one star. Worst reception. I even voiced it out to the doctor but he said “well we have so many patients, that means we are doing good”. He doesn’t understand that people have no choice. There are no doctors. In addition, I told him I no longer come to his clinic, but he doesn’t seem to care. Unfortunately, I have to deal with his office as my in laws are Punjabi speaking, and there are no other doctors available. Moreover, Dr Toor know their medical history. Senior Dr Toor is very good but so sad that he has very limited time to visit. He is always in hurry due to a large numbers to attend. Junior Dr Toor I have no words. Very arrogant and jumps to conclusions in a snap. Reception will put you on hold and 5 minutes later pick up the phone and ask you “how can I help” once you explain all over again she will ask you to hold the line again. 5. -10 min later another girl would take the call and you have to start all over again. This is a consistent problem, not just one or two times. I wanted to give reviews a long time ago. I waited so I can speak with Dr Toor, but even after discussing the problem with him. It remains problematic to deal with front desk staff: Very unprofessional, rude. I hope Dr Toor can see these reviews and do something about this.

Appointments are cancelled very frequently on the excuse that the Doctor has an emergency operation, this has happened on several occasions, the receptionist are rude, unprofessional , just a bunch of farm workers, the doctor and his wife who also supposed to be a doctor should be investigated , it is my guess they are scamming the goverment by claiming appointment fees

{ DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU WANT PEACE IN YOUR LIFE} -They have no respect for your time. Even after booking appointments they'll make you wait for hours as they are busy in running other businesses inside the clinic like visa/immigration shop, laboratory etc. - They just want your money. They should choose different profession as they are disgrace to this noble job of doctor which should be caring and helping the patients. - Also nowadays they are skimming the money from your MSP account by just making you a 1-2 minutes call on the phone where they don't care about listening to your concern and want to disconnect the call within 2 minutes. - They'll keep making reasons to call you and keep charging the goverment as your visit charges. - When you try to raise your concern to doctor about its staff and problems then he has even worst attitude than his staff.

Doctor Dalvinder Toor and the staff are not considerate of their patients.

The front desk staff is super rude and have no respect for your time. They are so unprofessional with no knowledge. It’s better to go to a walk in clinic as they make you wait for hours..
