From the time I entered the building, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The appointments started right on time and the staff kept me well-informed about exactly the next steps. As usual, the eye examination was very thorough and Dr. Holley explained the results in complete detail. I was left with no unanswered questions - none at all. I was completely satisfied with my experience. Although I was happy that the results of my eye examination were so good that I don't have to return for two 2 years, I am somewhat disappointed that I will have to wait for two years to interact with such a pleasant, competent medical staff.

Staff are very pleasant I never met anybody before that had a birthday the same day as I do just had to say that I think that it is a good luck omen you'll feel like you're in good hands here and that you are going to be provided for in the most professional way possible

Such a pleasure to have a friendly, knowledgeable staff in every facet of your office. Dr Holley was so informative and answered all my questions. Be back to get new glasses and contact soon.

The first apt was 2 1/2 hr long! 75% of that time was in a very small waiting room. The techs were all very nice but i saw dr less than 10 min. He did excellent job on surgery but the whole process of exams and checks for surgery was way too long. Surely there must be a better way..... unfortunately your waiting rooms are filled with people complaining about the time it takes and how its like an assembly line. Again dr does excellent work but really spends no amount of time with you . Very. pleased with surgery. excellent surgeon

This office is incredibly busy but patients move fairly quickly through each area. All of the staff are very personable.

Professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of staff. You are treated with respect. Everyone has your back and knows what they are doing and when it has to be done. Dr. Holley tells you what us going on and lets you know the results of your eye pictures are and if visits need to be increased or decreased. You can joke with them and talk about other things than just the treatment. I have been fully satisfied with everyone who works there. My impression is that the employees get along with each other and they work well with each other. I am so blessed to have started going there. Without them my eyes may have been in worse shape. As I said they know what they are doing

Dr Holley and his staff make me feel confident with the health of my eyes. I’ve always made friends while waiting in his waiting room.

Dr Holley is a very hard person to get an appointment with but he is well worth it he's very thorough very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner

All staff, nurses, and Doctor are very professional and have a great way of taking care of patients.

Doctor Holley and his staff are outstanding. They are all so kind and caring to the senior citizens. Our community is so blessed to have Doctor Holley in our community. Thank You Fran Warner
