Cottonwood Mall Dental Ctr

Its my usual dentist. Usual as in I rarely ever go because my fear of dental work but they make the experience easy. The staff is all very friendly and dentists are great at their job. I go in Friday for more work and I'm glad it's here.

What a great place to get dental care! I am 40, and the dentists and hygienists here are the best I’ve found in my life. Even though it had been YEARS since I was able to get my teeth cleaned, my mouth was not left aching and bleeding after Julie Julia? cleaned them, which was always the case at my last dentist. Plus they were so good with my daughter, who was very nervous. They put her at ease, and she was all smiles in the end. They don’t push you to get unnecessary work done, either. We are definitely going to keep coming here!

Had a filling done to cover a gap between teeth. And not overly impressed, chipped within 30 minutes I didn’t even eat or anything and can see a distinct line where filling meets with the tooth. Need to have the tooth re- done. But the other tooth she worked on is good.

Tatiana has been my dentist for over 10 years. She is gentle, kind, and makes time for her patients. All staff are always friendly, professional, and clean here. Highly recommend.

Going to the dentist to me is like a vegetarian going to a butcher shop. So when my tooth was unbearable and had to be removed I decided this time I wasn't up to taking it out myself as was usual because of my reluctance to go to the Dentist. Well Holy Cow! I went to this Dentist Center and what a pleasant surprise. They got me in right away, out came the tooth and out I went to the parking lot before I realized what had happened. What a nice bunch of people!

The worst experience ever. I have been going here since 2016 and usually enjoy the staff and Dentists. Today I had a dentist I have never met before and he did work that the last dentist said I didn't need. In fact the last dentist at their practice said I had no cavities and today they were going to build up part of a tooth. I had no idea until the end of the visit that this dentist was doing unnecessary work that the previous dentist at their practice didn't say I needed. The dentist apologized and said well it's covered. No it's not I still have to pay a certain portion. Absolutely unprofessional, poor communication between dentists and the feeling that they just don't care. This dentist helped make my decision to leave this practice for good. Beware people. BEWARE

Thoroughly impressed with Pamela the hygienist. My 8 year old was so nervous after a bad dentist appointment last year. She was so gentle and sweet with him, she totally put him at ease. She was spectacular with my 5 year old as well. The counter staff and dentists are great as well. It's great coming here.

They don't accept services that are paid for by income assistance. The first time I called I spoke to a nice girl who said they do after looking my name up but when I called back to book when I was ready about 1 week later, I was advised that she was new and should not have said they provide services covered by income assistance I am a single mother and have not been to the dentist in over 10 years. I've found other dentists in Chilliwack that are more than happy to help.

I do not like having needles and I had concerns after going elsewhere and that dentist couldn't get an area to freeze to do a filling. I love going to this dentist! She's calm, quiet and reassuring as well as giving the best needle as you don't feel it. The hygienist we go to here is also amazing! Overall the staff is incredible. I recommend them to everyone!

My family have been going to Cottonwood Mall Dental for 8 years. Dr.Tatiana and Dr.Igor are the best. They are very professional, polite ,honest and gentle. The best dental office and very friendly staff. Highly recommended .
