My mother had an appointment, showed up and nobody was there. No phone call to say no one is there. The secretary has to go. I guess Dr. Armand Elbaz does not care for his patients any more. Avoid at all costs. If I had a choice in giving 0 stars I would have. Terrible!!!!!!!
Dr Elbaz is a good Doctor, he’s attentive and well spoken. However, the secretary truly does needs help managing the office. She is a secretary for both Dr Elbaz and Dr Frydman. She is never at the office and if she is she is constantly busy. Trying to call the office is impossible because they do not answer. I hope the doctors consider hiring an extra secretary because it would improve the office tremendously.
Never answer the phone. I can't reach him out. Secretary is very bad . The worst I have ever seen.
Never Pick Up the phone... NO ANSWER ....WROST DOCTOR EVER....
Dr, Elbaz is amazing.. He listens to u well, I find he's a very good Doctor... The sec/NURSE BESSY is very kind..
VERY ATTENTIVE AND DETAILED ORIENTED
