I had a great experience with Tx for my varicose veins at Dr. Grace's office. The nurses/assistants were especially attentive and knowledgeable with my many questions and they had that sweet nurturing nurse vibe that helped quell my anxieties. Dr. Grace was also kind and knowledgeable; the staff worked smoothly as a team, they've been working together for a long time I believe over two decades. I was hesitant to get this procedure done in MT where we don't have a lot of options of providers, but in the end I'm glad I got it done at home where the service was excellent and I could drive away from the procedure.
I would give Andrew Grace and his staff a 0 out of 5 stars. If I could go lower than 0 I would. I had a horrible, life altering experience with him. What was supposed to be a simple procedure turned into a nightmare! I am still suffering the consequences of this months after and he has never even acknowledged his negligence. I would absolutely NEVER recommend him to anyone. Please don't put yourself in harms way.
Dr. Grace was easy to work with from consult to surgery. I'm so happy with the incision, it's hardly noticeable. Everyone in his office is very accommodating and professional. Would highly recommend Dr. Grace and his team.
Was injured in an accident at work and was referred to Dr. Grace to put me back together. It was as easy as surgery can be, really, and a month later the incision is barely visible and and I’m improving daily- special shout-out to Susie and the rest of the office staff for help with navigating worker’s comp. I sure hope I don’t need a general surgeon again anytime soon but if I do, I hope they’re as good as Dr. Grace.
I arrived in the ER at Bozeman Deaconess I guess Bozeman Health now in Feb 2013 in agony. I had been misdiagnosis earlier that day by Rebecca Heintz, PA whom should NEVER be allowed to practice medicine anywhere! She diagnosed me with a uterine infection, she had even examined me! Dr. Andrew Grace saved my life that night, I had diverticulitis and my colon had erupted. I woke up with 40 staples and a colostomy bag. He came and explained everything in such a way I could understand what happened, what could happen, and what will happen. Well 10 days later he took my staples ok one thing, he wasn't exactly 'graceful', ouch; but his assistant was there holding my hand and comforting me so it wasn't so bad. They're great. I had to come back the next day because I had herniated. I had an undiagnosed illness called Cushings Disease so not the fault of bad surgery, the fault of my compromised system. So he operated again, I woke up with a wound vacc. There is much more to the story but I'll just say, the 3 surgeries Dr. Grace performed and the after care, I wouldn't have wanted anyone else. Thank you Dr. Grace for saving my life and all the expert attention thereafter.
Had Him do Hernia Surgery on me 2 weeks after surgery had a follow up told him about a lump at the surgery site. Was told it was Scar tissue. But found out the surgery had failed. His response was guess I should have used a stronger mesh..the lied to the hospital when he was asked..
