Bozeman Family Medicine has been incredible in getting me an appointment. I am a new patient and although it is really hard to establish primary care with most places, they were able to reschedule me in ASAP due to special circumstances with my health. Very pleased with the help I received from scheduling, the nurse staff, and the physicians. Although the phone lines are tough to get ahold of departments, they are still very helpful. Thanks again.

I just had the most astonishing phone call. I called several weeks ago to make an appointment as a new patient, the schedule was not complete and could I please call back at the end of the month. I called back last week and still no schedule, so I called back today. At no point during my previous two calls was I told the following. That I would not be seen for 1-2 months as their scheduling doesn't go out that far, that I would have to be put on a cancellation list for the doctor in which I want to see with no set schedule in site. I understand that existing patients come first but then do not advertise you are seeing new patients. Your doctors came highly recommended by the ladies in my office and they are upset by the lack of communication within the office I received. New patients are placed at the bottom of the list and not a priority. **update** the office called and made things right. Thank you!

Been seeing these doctors for years as do my children and husband they are amazing I highly recommend them.
