I was a patient of this clinic during my growing up years in the 1990s. I have long since moved away, and The dentists have changed several times since I was a regular patient here. Very recently I found myself in a bit of a dental predicament while visiting family in Thunder Bay. Dr Rodrigo was able and willing to help me out very quickly and gave excellent care during a time of great need. I really appreciated her prompt care and would recommend Family Dentistry to anyone in the Thunder Bay Area. The reception staff are second to none, also. I am very happy to be a patient of Dr. Cristina Rodrigo. She has a gentle and painless approach to Dentistry. She is knowledgeable about Restorative, Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. Hats off to everyone who works over here. Unlike my previous dentist, where nothing is being explained and you sit there scared if something is about to go wrong. As soon as you enter the clinic you are welcomed by receptionists, who are extremely patient and guide you through all the intake process. I have been a patient of Dr. Cristina, who does an amazing job and is very calm and polite, she does a fantastic job in accomodating special needs and explains the preventive measures rigorously. Since my first visit I have been a regular with them for my root canals and cleaning. You guys do an awesome job, will be there for my cleaning appointment with Julie !!

I have been a patient of this clinic for over 8 years and I have to say it is always such a pleasure when I walk in the staff smile and recognize me and my daughter; the warmth and professionalism displayed is clearly evident. Had a recent cleaning and checkup while in town and my experience was nothing short of excellent. All the staff were extremely accommodating and professional, while providing top of the line service. Carrie and Dr. Rodrigo were both fantastic and I highly, highly recommend their work!

Dr. Rodrigo is an amazing dentist. She is gentle, calm and extremely good at what she does. She takes time to listen to patients and treats them with kindness and respect . I highly recommend this dental office.

FDA is a warm and friendly setting. I used to hate going to the dentist, but this place is great in putting making people comfortable and pain free. Highly recommended.

Drs. Kidd and Cedarwall are no longer at this clinic. The front office staff remain top notch so I and to give some stars for their sake but the quality of dental care has greatly diminished.
