My Dentist is amazing! She is authentic, friendly, knowledgeable, and comforting throughout my visit. Absolutely love the staff here! They're all so sweet and helpful! They don't judge you like some dentists do if you have an issue. They understand that things happen. And treat people respectfully. I'll never change dentists again. Nobody else even compares!

I am very impressed by their customer care. Dr Kowsari explains the diagnosis and plan very well before and during the procedures. She followed up by contacting me couple of times after the procedure to make sure I am happy with the result and have no issues. The office staff are so friendly. The office itself is very clean with calming environment. My toddler felt safe and was calm during check up too.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences here. I am a new patient & everyone has been amazing. I went for a cleaning & check up. The time & patience given to me was exceptional. I needed 2 fillings & was fit in the next week. Dr Kowsari was the best dentist I have ever seen. The freezing was painless & quick. She took the time to listen to my questions and patiently answered. Then gave me the smoothest filling I've ever had. She had me so relaxed. I can't say enough good things about this clinic and their team. Exceptional care, so glad they were recommended to me.

Dr. Kowsari is very thorough and knowledgeable. She makes sure she looks into all possible causes and lets you know about all your options. My impression is she doesn’t suggest treatments you don’t really need which I appreciate compared to other dentists I have tried. I recommend!

Dr. Kowsari took great care of me for an emergency root canal which I was very nervous about. Helpful support staff and calm atmosphere in the clinic. Glad to be a returning client! Highly recommend her!

A kind and gentle dentist in Thunder Bay Location: 5/5 Right on the corner of Edward and Victoria, hard to miss. Easy to find. Service: 5/5 Reception is always friendly and welcoming. They know me by name. I feel like a friend more than a patient. Everytime I walk out with a smile literally. Dentist: 5/5 Dr. Kowsari is gentle and caring. She listens and is attentive to my dental needs. I am very happy with her as my dentist. Overall: 5/5 Pleasant experiences. I never feel anxious and everyone is very nice. Dr. Hoda is very kind, attentive and gentle with her patients. Her approach is always thoughtful and caring while super professional and knowledgeable. I can totally see why she is getting all the highest ratings! Highly recommend.

Going to a dentist is never fun. But coming here they make you feel at home. Very informative and will help you with anything you need. A smile from staff when you walk in and when you leave. I give them 2 thumbs up

Clean and professional. Highly recommended. Dr. Kowasari and her team went out of there way to schedule me in when I needed it. I had a dental emergency and I had an appointment the next day. In addition, they helped me sort out my appointments with my insurance company. Would being my mother here.

Dr. Kowsari is fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable during my visits, and showed incredible patience with me as a difficult client when I feel many dentists would have thrown in the towel. Dr. Kowsari provided different options for my treatment, educated me on how to minimize existing problems and prevent other issues going forward, and even referred me to some great specialists when needed. Thunder Bay is lucky to have her!
