DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Unorganized CHAOS. Workforce seems more occupied with each other than with the customer. Manager berated one girl behind the counter in front of huge crowd of waiting customers. No real process of ordering/ receiving food... some locations are give a number and sit down... this one is wait in the very very crowded lobby. I've been to this location on several occasions and these issues are chronic - not just one bad experience but a every visit experience. Sad.

Girl took my simple order but filled orders that were placed after mine first. The people after me ordered the same thing (different flavor) so it was not that mine was complicated. I had to go up and ask where my order was.

We waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Seriously. Blizzards were buy one, get one 99 cents. Didn't give me that deal but ended up refunding me that portion. Gave part of our order, we waited and waited. Finally told us machine was broke, order something else. Half of us were done with our ice cream before others got theirs. They did make us something else and gave our money back for those. Ice cream was melting. Their mini blizzards are TINY and more expensive than a small at other DQ's. While they did give me a portion of my money back, I most likely will not stop at this location again.

This is the best DQ in a 100 mile radius. I travel every week 210 miles to work. This DQ is so great. They are pleasant and make great food. Very impressed.

Every time I go here it at least takes about 20 minutes to get my food. Recently when I went here, I ordered a blizzard. They were almost closing and they were not busy at all. I waited at the drive thru for about 15 minutes waiting for one small blizzard. When I got it, it was melted and did not taste good at all. This Dairy Queen has horrible service no matter what time it is and how many people are in it. It takes forever to get your food and it doesn't even taste good when you get it. They also mess up my order every time I go there. If you want to get your food fast, I would not recommend going to this Dairy Queen. Also a friend of mine has gotten stuck to the floor 3 times because it's so dirty. He likes getting an extra chicken strip though......
