completely botched our order, gave us items with dollar value that was far below what we paid for, none of the right condiments, and only one straw! Didn't notice til we got home so buyer beware I guess? Girl at the window seemed short-tempered and irritated as well. Awful service. Won't be back.

The girl at the window and taking orders was super rude. I'm a cashier and seriously... we all have bad days but don't take it out on someone who's just here for some simple ice cream.

Took over 10 mins to get through the drive thru and there was only 2 people in front of me. By time I got to the window my blizzard had melted, the girl at the window asked if I wanted it remade I said yes. Then the employees sat there and argued about remaking the blizzard for a couple of minutes and then gave me the same blizzard that was melted. Threw the blizzard away and I'm never going back.
