I've been visiting Callahan's for 19 years now! The waitstaff are friendly, helpful, glad to see if something "special" can be made to order, and always keep your coffee topped off! The menu is vast and will satisfy any appetite! From sides and salads to the most heartiest of dinners; no one goes away hungry! Out of all these years I've only once turned a dish away which was gladly replaced by another! Sometimes there's just a bad night...we've all had them, and one dish out of almost \20 years/ won't stop me from coming back! I

Best local restaurant in Elkhart. We stumbled upon this charm on our long cross country travel on suggestion of our hotel receptionist. It's one of the best food served quickest. Try Stir Fry Chicken or Roast beef sandwich with spinach dip!

Busy place but my food was a disappointment. Sorry Callahan's I used to really like you. Maybe the cook was having a bad day? I'll give it 1 more attempt before I completely write them off.....

The food was luke warm. I do think however, it was because they were slammed. Normally I'm very happy with the food there. The service was very good though. We had a great waitress.
