Community Dental - Rochester (Heintz Center)

I was having mouth pain. My own fault it had been some time since seeing a dentist. The staff here, got me in and did a great job! X-rays, affordable treatment plan options. I had choices, and the care given to me was considerate, gentle, and professional. I had major repairs done. There was no point where I felt my fears come back. I say this because my reason for not going before was due to fear of dental procedures. They got me in on my schedule as well. Busy mom of three, and have limited time to have work done in my mouth. I believe I have had somewhere around five appointments so far. A lot, yes but I needed repairs done! My mouth is finally looking amazing again! My smile is something I am not embarrassed by, very proud of it. Thank you all for your hard work! Especially Dr. Waterberry and staff!

NOT RECOMMENDED! Went to see about options on dental emergency .. Walk in protocol or set up a appointment?? BOTH receptionists RUDE! ACTED AS IF THEY WERE INCONVENIENCED BY ME. Stared at computer while talking to me! Terrible attitudes! NEEDLESS TO SAY WILL NOT SET UP APPOINTMENT!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dental clinic!. My last check up appointment was very bad. unbelievable, i think that person was student and unprofessional or she was practicing on me or maybe she did it on purpose i don't know because she messed up my tooth and make it hole my very last upper tooth both left and right. Honestly i didn't notice that until it started to hurt me. I will never recommend them!😠😓

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a dental clinic! I am a single mother to twins that are critically ill and I've missed appointments because my sons were hospitalized the morning of the appointments. They called me today and said I can no longer schedule appointments because I have missed 3. All appointments missed were due to my sons medical emergencies. I will never recommend them!
