Downtown Bagels

This place is hit or miss when it's busy. On days where it isn't busy and the staff isn't rushed they are very accommodating but when it's busy you might end up with the wrong order or an aggravated employee. When it's good it's good and when it's not it's not. Came here again on Nov 18, 2017 and I am changing my rating to 1 star. Placed a large order to pick up and 1/3 was missing. When I called to complain, instead of being apologetic I got blamed for not checking. Then the owner said "Well the bag did feel a little light." No one seems to communicate here. The food is underwhelming. I'm done with this place.

Customer service is terrible, food is always cold, and wet, prices are ridiculous, this place already has bad reviews as it is, don't go there, they need to wear hair nets, this place always lets me down, don't give them business. they are very rude and rush you on the phone. I wish I could give this place no star.

I was really surprised at the reviews I read I come here with my family a couple times a month usually in a Sunday and the food is good and I've never had a problem with the service.

Great place to eat......great staff...the owners are a wonderful family.....

I've been here a hand full of times and its always clean and the food and service is good here.
