Very happy with my buying experience so far from Downsview Chrysler.nnGad is a great salesperson and worked very hard for the sale. If all stays well, I’d definitely come back here for a future vehicle! I highly recommend this dealership and Gad, for anyone looking for a used vehicle.
Misrepresentation happened causing distress to my family and specifically my son whom the Jeep was named after. Here’s what you can expect when you finance from this place, they wont mention anything about the rate. If you ask for a deposit refund, will emphasize the word fairness. If a better deal with others is told, will discredit. Misrepresentation happened, will act helping and recommendations stay as recommendation. When you comply and accomplished recommendation, again it will stay as recommendation. Will cover up the mistake/misrepresentation did and will give resolution but it will waste time and effort. My advise to car buyers in this dealership, ask for the rate, if they don’t give you, go to dealership that can, don’t give “deposit”, read the reviews, go online, and use online calculator , its free, verify all charges, and lastly.. write your bad experiences to an automotive governing body and back up your sad experience with email communications gathered. Sadly that a person in this place doest know the meaning of fairness. Mr Finance Manager, I’m still waiting for your resolution. You said 2 months and we’re getting close. Remember to pursue your resolution, otherwise it will add up to our sad experience. And wow, just found out today that the ownership still not updated. Woww.. absolutely amazing..
I wanna say we had a great service....our service advisor Justice was outstanding. He was very diligent and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us.Also their shuttle service with Phillip was outstanding. Phillip was so courteous and just a nice person. We have been buying cars with them over 20 years and they always been helpful. Thank you Justice and Phillip made our day much better.
Possibly the worst dealership to deal with. Reception is detached. Sales are not always trained. Service personnel are great but management is terrible. Can yo imagine not having a coffee machine and making you wait 2- 3 hours for a tire change and being told after all, that they can't do it today and it will have to wait till tomorrow, but we can give you a rental car if you're willing to wait another hour for it?nThat's service here. And don't get upset, because if you do, the manager will tell you that you have no right to be upset.nThey will NEVER see my money again.
In June, I leased a rubicon wrangler from Jenny Chen who was extremely nice and helpful in getting me the vehicle that I really wanted and she had to do a lot of research to get the right one and managed to get it from another dealership.nnJenny arranged for 6 free oil changes with my lease and two weeks ago I made an appointment and I was greeted by Allie who was the service advisor to the dealership. She is both pleasant, cordial and was so helpful and answered any questions I need because this is my first time owning a jeep.nnI’ve been driving all my life and Allie is the best service advisor I’ve come across any dealership.
