Got my 2022 Rubicon. Was an amazing journey with Team Downsview from factory order to delivery. Mr. Chris M helped me ordering my vehicle and giving updates time to time. I just leased a Jeep Wrangler 2021 High Altitude from Downsview Chrysler and had the absolute best experience ever! I met with their leasing manager Sammy who was a pleasure to deal with! Sammy made my experience not only an easy one but also extremely fun! He is very knowledgable individual and what I appreciated the most was his honesty throughout the whole process. I also got a chance to sit down with their Finance manager Andrew, who explained everything so well and once again was so great to deal with. Although Downsview Chrysler is not the local dealership for me but due to their amazing customer service, I am now their loyal client for life!
I've been a loyal client of Downsview Chrysler for 6 yrs and recently I bought a Jeep Compass of which was already my 3rd vehicle from them. Having said that, this is only the 1st time I experienced an amazing service from Jenny Chen of Sales Dept! I told her what are my concerns and asked her to give me some options that fits my budget at the same a vehicle that I would love to drive. She did a great job helping me out understand, from the very detailed quotes and options, detailed showing of the vehicle that I like, and never leave me hanging of everything! So I ended up getting a new Jeep Compass 80th edition of which she highly recommend for me that really fits on my budget! A very professional service, responds very quick on my queries, and acts it quickly! I absolutely highly recommend Jenny Chen for you guys who are looking for a vehicle, and she is very lovely to assist you whatever your concerns and queries are! My wife and I just financed our first car in Canada, a 2018 Alpha Romeo Stelvio, at Downsview Chrysler. Benjamin Momayez did an excellent job of explaining every detail and answering any questions we had from the minute we met until we drove off in our new car 2 days later. Brian, his manager, was also super nice and supportive! Overall, a great experience!
From the moment I walked in i felt so welcomed. Mike White was the sales rep that greeted me and my son. He treated us with such respect, gave us so much of his time, never felt rushed or pressured and had a lot of patience with us. We asked a lot of questions and he was incredibly knowledgeable, this guy knows his stuff. He followed up not once but twice to make sure we were happy with our new Jeep Sahara. We couldn’t be happier and we are so pleased with Mikes service which was impeccable! Definitely would recommend him to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle. He’s your guy! What started off as a shameful experience with multiple unanswered calls and voice-mails. I finally got in contact with Shane in service. Shane is absolutely incredible. He's the kind of advisor you wish for attentive, experienced and efficient. He really turned my experience around and is the only reason your dealerships is getting 5 stars - Shane really listened and ensured my experience was exceptional so to Shane should you see this thank you.
