Super chill place, extremely fast and friendly service. Started with a watermelon soda which was super good, got the salmon pressed sushi and it was awesome, super flavorful, well presented overall an awesome dish, I also got edamame which was also very good, nicely sized and salted. I got a small order of the karaage, the presentation was really nice, had a cilantro stalk on top of it which gave off a wonderful aroma while eating my other dishes. It was well breaded and crispy but not too oily, nicely portioned, served with a I'm guessing chili oil and kewpie mayo as well as matcha salt, grab a leaf of cilantro, dip it into the oil and kewpie, and put on some of the matcha salt and its a wonderful combination of flavors. Waitress was very friendly, gave me a recommendation for boba places nearby when I asked her.
Everything about this meal was incredible. I had a fantastic time exploring the different dishes, and the presentation was spot on.nnThe ramen was rich and flavorful, but the standout for me was the plate of takoyaki served in that creamy sauce. It was a perfect, savory treat. I also really enjoyed the fun watermelon soda bottle. I will definitely be back.
I had the spicy tonkatsu ramen and will say that the broth wasnt my favourite as it veered into salty more than spicy. It simply lacked the depth of flavour for broth. But we also ordered the cheese takoyaki which was delicious. I also tried a bit of my friend's creamy udon and that was delicious and rich. So I think it depends on what you get. Service was great!
My friend and I went for dinner here, and we had a really great time! We really enjoyed the Dorinku Sushi Set and the Shaka Shaka Fries with spicy mayo. We also had a Sakura Sour cocktail bottom left and a Lychee cocktail top left, and it was really nice!nnThe Dorinku Sushi set consisted of salmon pressed sushi, scalloped pressed sushi, TNT pressed sushi in the order presented on the long platter, and tuna tataki not pictured, but it came afterwards.nnEverything was freshly prepared and tasty. Our waitress was also very attentive and kind during our visit, which we are very grateful for. The vibes and interior were fun, casual, and trendy.nnWe will be back for more delicious Japanese food in the future
The food was a bit too salty for our taste, but the cocktails were absolutely amazing! The service was also outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back for the drinks and excellent hospitality.
