Our studio is in the heart of uptown Sister Bay, WI. We provide quality personal training, fitness classes and physical therapy. Fitness can be intimidating, but here at Door County Fitness Studio, we make fitness FUN! We create customized workouts that are challenging for any level!

OPEN ALL YEAR!We are the locals’ and visitors’ first choice to not only get a great workout in, but to get inspired!We are an affordable, locally owned & operated one-of-a-kind gym in Sister Bay.We have an efficient indoor main workout space, private studio and an outdoor space including a crushed rock track!We provide personal & small group training, fitness classes, team building activities, dance fitness, nutrition guidance, massage and we will travel to you as well!Don’t need a trainer or class but want to use the gym? Trisha is such a wonderful personal trainer! As a 55 year young woman, I reached out to her in early August to get back on track to getting healthy. From August 1st - today, Dec. 6, I'm officially down 26" and feel amazing. Not only does she help me lift strong, but provides me the guidance of nutrition by assigning specific macros. I highly recommend Trisha and Door County Fitness Studio.
Trish is really in a league of her own when it comes to trainers. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know her clients needs and limitations. She is infectiously upbeat and energetic, with a knack for making you feel like you’re not just working out, but having some fun while doing so! Training with her will not only get you results, but will also help you feel more engaged with your health and fitness goals. Gym is clean and very well stocked, but Trish is really what makes this place a gem!
I love working out here! The energy here is all about lifting one another up and being the best version of yourself. Trish is an amazing trainer and owner who takes pride in keeping the gym is extremely clean and organized. Could not love this place more.
I love Trish at Door County Fitness Studio! She is motivating and makes working out fun! When covid hit she instantly got innovative and launched virtual classes by donation only. She has a gift for making anyone feel comfortable! All skill levels are always welcome with Trish! She will get you working!
Great light-filled clean gym. The owner Trish is an energetic, skilled, safe, and careful physical trainer. I went to her several times and will go back when I’m next in Door County. She cleans and sanitizes everything, does private or group training- I did private- and does online remote training, weight training and HIIT. The gym is new and spacious with plenty of dumbbell and barbell weights, squat racks, kettle bells, benches and all you need for non-machine workouts. She also has several rowing and treadmill machines, and the full gamut of foam rollers, bands, balls, etc.... I felt so good after working out here!
A bright and clean gym offering fun classes in a group setting or personal training. People at all levels are welcomed. Trish works hard to help you reach your fitness goals!
Best place to get a nice workout in. They all know how to help you out. I work with Trish and she makes me believe that I can push myself to finish my workout without wanting to quit. She also knows very well when I need to stop if it's to much. Please go and check them out you wont regret and will be very thankful.
