I confidently recommend Dr. Ing's skill and expertise to anyone looking for the perfect dentist. Always very courteous and knowledgeable, he addresses all our dental concerns with care and professionalism. Our whole family have been his patients for many years. His office has all the comforts and modern equipment to keep everyone safe.

Always a pleasant experience with Dr. Ing. He always does such a thorough job when he cleans my teeth. He also did a superb job replacing one of my old metal fillings and making sure my bite fit perfectly. He's a perfectionist. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I'm elderly and have a tooth with a very large filling in a molar that needed repair. Instead of having to go through getting a crown, I was offered an alternative of inserting titanium pins to support a very large filling. This was done in one visit. What a great idea! It's not as strong as a crown of course, and I have to be careful chewing on hard things on that side, but it saved me a lot of money and is working great.

Had an appointment booked for our 3 year old after already getting some negative attitude from the receptionist to book it. My husband booked work off for the morning and after already waiting 20 minutes they said it'll be atleast another 45min until there is a room for her because they are short staffed. If you're short staffed why not reschedule some appointments instead of wasting people's time? Or stop overbooking? Will be going to another dentist who actually cares about their patients.

Highly recommend Dr. Ing. All the staff are so nice and friendly. Dr. Ing is extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. He is an excellent dentist and he truly cares about his patients. A huge thanks to doctor Ing and his staff for the great service and experience they give me every single time I'm there.

When you first arrive you are greeted by Camilla who is always friendly and helpful. The hygienists are gentle and caring. Laurie is so sweet and helpful with dental hygiene. Dr. Ing explains everything as he goes along and is very gentle as well.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Ing and go out of my way to get dental treatment at Doon South Dental in Kitchener. He and his staff have always been courteous and professional. Dr. Ing ensures I get a thorough cleaning while also being gentle on my teeth and gums. Dr. Ing is an excellent dentist and gives me the tools to keep my smile bright and healthy.

Horrible experience at this office. I booked an appointment for my 8 year old who had a loose tooth and was in pain. My wife got my daughter from school and rushed to make the appointment on time where the office proceeded to make them wait for almost an hour without being seen. An 8 year old in pain and nobody found 2 sec. to talk to my wife and let her know what was going on. She ended up leaving to give my daughter pain meds. This is NOT how you treat people. Nobody even called to apologise. Do better!

Dr Ing and his staff are professional, friendly and kind. He willingly takes on patients who may be more difficult medically, but his obvious skill and intelligence makes one feel that they are in good hands. He has consulted with my specialists to make sure that any procedure will be done safely and competently. I feel that not only skill, but compassion is key in this office.
