I changed over to fairway dental and it was the best decision! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed! My hygienist Britney was very kind, friendly and very factual! The receptionist Karina the other receptionist I’m so sorry I forgot your name, were both engaging and kind! They made my first appointment there easy and quick! I highly recommend!
The staff and doctor that helped me were super helpful, very welcoming, and friendly. The front desk receptionist was 10/10 very organized nice and sweet women! Would definitely make this my home dentist if I lived in the area. Thank you again for the quick and easy extraction.
I broke off a piece of my root canal, called for an appointment and asked if they could direct bill my insurance provider. Not an issue and I was given an appointment promptly. Corina is a gem. The dentist Dr. Singh, and his assistant have fantastic manners. I didn't even feel the freezing. Thank you so much for fixing my tooth. I'll be back regularly
If you have a disability you cannot go here. If you’re not rich don’t go here. If you haven’t got exceptional third party benefits don’t go here. They don’t want disabled people in their office. That implies they will not provide dental care to people who walk with canes or have cerebral palsy or intellectual challenges. They will not provide dental care for these people because they’re probably on disability pensions. Anyone who is unable to make enough cash to pay them, or, who doesn’t have an elite benefits plan for the privileged working class will not get care here. They won’t want you there. You’ll see them post that “at present we cannot accept payment from ODSP”. the Ontario disability pension. That’s a cover up designed to colour the truth. In other words, a lie. They lie. And they use the phrase “we’re unable” to try and imply for some reason that they “can’t”. But that’s a bold faced LIE because ANY accredited Dental clinic can accept provincial benefits payments. . They can if they want to but they just don’t want to, or refuse to, because they don’t want disabled people in their swanky office and because disability payment allowances are fixed amount billing that is less than they want to bill. At the point, well, they just do not want you there unless you’re one of them, and the receptionist will be certainly and unquestionably determined to let you know how low-life and unworthy and what a second class garbage mammal you are as she sneers and talks under her breath without moving her mouth. She’s been hired to scare people they don’t like, away, and she is so adept at doing it….. she’ll ensure you leave knowing you’re the second class garbage you really are and that you weren’t worthy of her precious time. There should be an equal human rights suit launched against these despicable, elitist reprobates for denying service to people based on economic class, and who have to pay differently. Pension and disability benefits are money too. I can’t believe this is happening in Canada. I wonder if they turn away Jews, Africans and Muslims too?
This is a wonderful dental office, with friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff and dentist! Five star doesn’t begin to describe the wonderful service my family member received from this dental office today! Highly recommended, with many thanks
Great staff, make you feel welcome. I had four fillings at once and I was really nervous, they made me feel comfortable. Only thing maybe the tv could play a live stream of puppies and kittens may have distracted me while the drill was going, otherwise I have nothing but great things to say. Come check them out! Just received another cleaning and you have to ask for Brittany. She’s the best dental hygienist I ever had all my life. Not only is she super knowledgeable, she is gentle and comfortable to be around.
This place is a JOKE. My son who is on ODSP needed to see a dentist. They were all good to see him until they were told he is on ODSP then they didn’t take that any more Tatiana the receptionist is completely ignorant. When my reg dentist is telling me to to go there and then they discriminate that’s not ok… same experience 7 years ago, RCDSO has been notified AGAIN. I guess Andreas apology 7 years ago was just to keep you guys out of hot water.
Iam so happy to write about fairway dental clinic and the staffs who are working there.They are nice and friendly people .My children really enjoy to go there.Olfat is the nicest and best dental hygienist I 've ever had .I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dental clinic.

Really great customer service! I went in for chipped tooth and they saw me right away. I am very pleased with the results. The dentist is clear and informative when explaining the procedure, and that made me feel comfortable. The staff is very understanding of my financial situation. Everyone is so nice! I would highly recommend this dental office!
