They left my car sitting on the lot for 3 weeks without touching it. Broke their promise twice about when the car will be done. They don't have time to fix my bumper, but they sure have time to brand my license plate with the Donnelly name without asking.

Can't say enough about these guys. Within an hour after arriving, they had diagnosed my car issues, and I was on my way home in a loaner. ( the repairs would take most of the day). The knowledgeable, prompt, courteous service, I received from the service adviser (Derek) is something you just don't see very much anymore...And after 30 years and 7 vehicles, I can say this with most certainty. They even fixed a tire issue without me asking. (No charge). Car is running great, and despite living 40 minutes away...I will be back to receive service and quality workmanship like this! Thanks again.

Kevin Ramsbottom (appraiser) was a pleasure to work with. Front desk was also kind and courteous. They made a bad situation with my vehicle nearly painless.
