Donegal's Irish House

Wanted to stop at a pub at day of travel. Stopped here and we were very pleased. I ordered the California burger on recommendation from our friendly waitress. This was one of the better pub burgers I have ever had. Grilled perfectly and super tasty. The fries were very good as well My wife had the tropical salad. Which is was quite good and quite spicy. I think you can ask for it to be less spicy.. Drinks were cold and well priced. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

My husband and I hadn't been to Donegal's in almost 2 decades. We were in the neighbourhood and I recalled reading some positive reviews in one of my restaurant review groups so we pulled into the parking lot and looked at the menu on his phone. We read the poutine description that said they used real curds from Quebec and we were sold! We also read that the burgers are award winning so in we went and ordered the Donegal's burger with a poutine upgrade and upcharge. The burgers were ok, bland, light coloured tomato, very messy bun and patty. Like fall apart, can't easily eat it messy. The "poutine" unfortunately came with orange and white shredded cheddar rather than curds. Our server was apologetic and kind and let us know when I asked about it that only the large poutine was actual poutine with actual curds. That was really a downer. Everything was just okay. 3.5 stars realistically for our experience tonight.

We ordered take-out, which arrived quickly and warm. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was awful. It was too salty to eat, and most of it went into the garbage.

One of the nicest pubs in the Lower Mainland. They have great bands playing live music on the weekends. We had a private party there for a fairly large crowd and we found the staff so accommodating, friendly and efficient. They booked off a private area for us. The food is way above regular “Pub Food” standards. Our group had the best time enjoying the atmosphere with the music and dancing, great service and food. Thank you Daniel, great service Sunni.

Great Gluten Free options just like in Ireland. The service was very attentive too. A great place for Celiac's and their friends. I rather kiss the Blarney Stone in Cork than to try and down this..wow..But to make it truly Irish they should welcome families with kids.Still the best and our waitress was amazing ask for Kathleen.

Our favorite local pub! Always great food, great specials, great service! Daily specials every week, happy hour too. Great meaty wings and on special on Wednesdays. We love the greek salad!!! Their house dressing is fantastic!!! A decent patio area theyve created between the buildings as well for the warmer months. The servers are warm and friendly, the place is pretty clean, and the owner does a fantastic job keeping things going, bringing live music in, food quality and active on social media. I enjoy reading updates and interaction within the community. They work hard and it shows! :

Had an excellent evening on Saturday. I’ve been several times now as the service and food are always great, it’s a good atmosphere and we always enjoy the live bands. Playlist performed and I would place it in the top three bands of the various bands that I have seen perform there. If you haven’t been you should go, you won’t be disappointed!

The best pub in Surrey the waitress and the staff is soo friendly also the vibes on the weekend are on another level. And the burgers that they have are the best burgers I had ever tasted.

Good food, friendly staff. They suggested the fish and chips after asking if the mac and cheese would be a good choice. Enjoyed the meal and played a game of pool as well

Very nice place to be on a Sunday, they have shows from real musicians that were very joyful to listen to. Regular beer and pub food but it was nice to relax and have an easy evening. Good service with friendly waiter and staff.
