Dr. Yun treated my daughter who had multiple esthetic filling using injection moulding technique. It has increased my daughter's self-esteem greatly. I must say, he is an expert professional. Very slow service. Receptionist took forever to fix customer insurance and the customer was incredibly slow at understanding what insurance is. Both slow. Wasted 30 mins didn't even get a courtesy coffee or biscuit.
I have been a patient at the Doncrest Dental Centre for a few years now. Dr. Wong and his team have always provided exceptional level of dental care, being able to address all my concerns. Recently I opted in for an implant surgery – broke one of my teeth. Once again, it was handled with the highest degree of professionalism. Definitely recommend!
You can really trust your teeth with Dr. Yun! He was awesome in doing my implant and I honestly didn't feel it. The staff are so nice especially Yogita. She was so helpful and understanding throughout my treatments and I truly appreciate all the dedication and hard work in this office. Thank You Dr. Yun and Thank you Yogita for taking me as your patient!
This clinic stands out from the rest because of the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Dr. Ken Wong is an extraordinarily talented dentist, but most importantly is a super nice guy who will help you look and feel your best. Definitely recommend!
Very friendly staff and clean place. I visited this clinic due to an emergency caused by a dental professional at another clinic. They are very accommodating to give me a same day appointment. I really appreciate their help! Mr. Wong patiently listened to my question and explained the procedures. Other staff are very professional as well and give me a very good impression. After the first visit, I decided to switch my whole family to this clinic. They have a few weekdays offer evening hours, and it is very important for people who don’t need to take day off for dental appointment.
Just had my second tooth fixed & as always he did a fantastic job! He never takes short cuts and always tries his best to get his jobs done PROPERLY! Ever since my wife had her treatments done here, I was very impressed with Dr. Wong's works and been coming to Dr. Wong here at Doncrest Dental Centre. I recommend anyone, also who has small children since he is experienced & being a doctor at Sick Kid's Hospital. Just amazing place with amazing doctor. Love it.
I have found my favourite dental place. I usually hate going to dental offices and get a cleaning done but this was my first time at Doncrest and I absolutely love it. They were so professional. I had Clement cleaning me teeth and he explained to me every process he needed to do in full detail and he was so gentle but thorough during the process!!! I did not feel any pain or discomfort at all keep in mind that it's been a little over 2 years since my last cleaning. I highly recommend Doncrest Dental Centre for those seeking for a dental centres. And if you do go, request for Clement! He is so professional and amazing! =
I had a great first experience today. Office is very hygienic and the staff are very kind and attentive. I really appreciated that the dentist and hygenist explained everything they were doing and will be definitely returning for my wisdom teeth removal. Highly recommend!
Great service! Went to get my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Yun and the whole experience was pleasant. Felt no pain with the numbing and close to no discomfort even with the removal of the teeth. He is very careful to not let you feel pain and I felt nothing during the whole process which really surprised me. I've also gone to clean my teeth which were also pain free compared to my previous experiences. The times I've visited everyone is nice and very welcoming and I love being able to watch movies and shows whilst getting treated! Thank you for making my dental experience brighter and making my fear of visiting the dentist disappear! :D
