DENTISTS BROKE MY RETAINER AND TRIED TO HIDE IT. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I came here for a dental cleaning after I got a wire/bonded retainer. Every time I come there is a different dentist who performs the dental cleaning. I don't know if they have many dentists or if people quit but I should have known not to visit again. After my dental cleaning, the doctor came in to check my teeth and in a hushed voice, he told the dentist in Chinese something along the lines of "if you're not careful, you'll damage the retainer" or something along those lines. Again, I could only partially hear what was being said and since that cleaning, my retainer has been a little loose. I could feel it budge when my teeth pressed against the wire. It was my first time with a bonded retainers so I thought it was normal. Fast forward a few months, I was eating and half the retainer just comes off. I called the orthodontists who put in my retainer not Cecilia Wong's dentistry and they informed me it's unnatural for my wire to be coming off already when I've only had it for a short time.  Bottom line, DO NOT COME HERE! It is now March break and I have to wait for more than a week to get my retainer replaced because dental appointments are packed. In that time, my teeth could shift and in the worse case scenario, I'll have to get braces all over again! I can't believe they tried to hide it. I should have been informed when my retainer was damaged so I could get it replaced sooner. 0/10, terrible experience!

Dr. Cecilia Wong has been my dentist for the past 5 years and she is beyond amazing!  She is very gentle with my teeth and pays strong attention to detail on my oral hygiene and everything else to do with teeth and gums.  She also does all the procedures herself as opposed to some dentists having their dental assistant or hygenist do it and she takes the time to explain everything to me.  A very knowledgeable, patient and friendly dentist - she is the best one I've ever had!  Her office is also very clean, modern and comfortable.  And did I mention there is a tv mounted to the ceiling above the patient chairs?!  Can't get any better than watching tv while getting your teeth done.  I highly recommend her to all my friends and family!!  :D

I used to go there been a patient for around 3 years. The cleaning by the hygienist was poor and cecilia wong was not informative when doing the check up. No mention of my gum recession and what I should do about it. As a result my gum has recessed over the 3 years I went to them.

Extremely expensive for tooth filling for a 5 years old. $195 per tooth! It was just a little hole on one tooth and they did the filling on both front teeth! Not recommend to anyone and will never go there again!

She is the best dentist I have ever known. Thank you.
