Live in Ontario had went to bmp page to buy durability kit for my sled. Paid for express shipping last week in hopes to rebuild my motor during my vacation this week. They shipped using ground opposed to what I paid for and chose. Now here we are a week later and tracking shows my parts are just sitting in Alberta still haven't even moved at all. Very disappointed, wish I spent my thousand dollars elsewhere I could have be back on the sled by now.

Service is hands down the best, went out of their way to find parts and gave me a great price. Keep up the great service you guys provide.

Couple years ago I got them to put new drivers and a 3 inch track on before a trip to grizzly lodge and I got 2 hrs on it and the driveshaft snapped - service dept is garbage in my opinion - parts are fine - never will they touch another sled of mine as long as I live
