Ive had good service the multiple times I have ordered from here but tonight I am very disgusted and dissatisfied with how my pizza and cheesy bread turned out, both were very undercooked and pizza looked like it was slapped together none of the toppings were spread out either. It says on the website that "Kevin" prepared my pizza's aswell. Won’t be ordering from here again. Waste of $60
Hair in 2 of my pizzas in less than 2 weeks apart, they sent free ones but to be honest this isn't acceptable! I let the first time slide as a honest mistake and only called them instead of a review like this, the 2nd one I could not. Someone isn't following hair net rules! I think who ever it is needs to be disciplined, I understand accidents happen but not this frequently. This pizza use to be my favorite pizza, now I think I'll be switching to a different pizza place. Absolutely horrible and disgusting to find.. Doesn't even deserve a 1 start at the moment, if you order here don't even tip they need to earn that right back!
Pizza quality was great and they didn’t cheap out on the toping. Ordered arrived to the BW hotel quickly. They did not square cut as requested, also the driver didn’t bring the order to the hotel room when I worked for dominos we always went to the door, this isn’t too much to ask.
This Domino’s location is the best I’ve ever ordered from. The pizzas always are loaded with toppings, the staff is friendly and the value is incredible. Where else can you order out and feed a family of 4 for 25 bucks? Keep up the good work.
Totally sweet customer service. Great pizza, made in 15 minutes and was devoured. Great value here folks by a great team. Sorry, were hungry and didn't take any photos.
First time having Domino's in many, many, many years. We were surprisingly shocked how delicious our pizzas were as the price was so cheap. We ordered the hand tossed thin crust MeatZza and Deluxe. Will definitely order again from Domino's Duncan. ***UPDATE: we've had Domino's a few more time since my review and again yesterday , still the same/delicious as the first time. Love the coupons so you can get more for your dollar. Great place to go for pizza for a family without breaking the bank. You won't be disappointed just extremely satisfied
The pizza was really good but the driver for me wasn’t close to being friendly. Rained on pizza is what I got from her and lots of attitude to go with it. Duncan bc first time no tip given
Pretty decent food for a good price. Awesome that they are open later than most stores nowadays in case you forget to grab some dinner around dinnertime of your just too busy
The fiancé and I drove into Duncan from Ladysmith to pickup groceries with our son at Walmart and decided to pick up a pizza before we went home. I called to order 1 Large Brooklyn-Style Pizza with mushrooms and bacon. I was told it would be 20 minutes for it to be ready, which worked out great. Upon arriving 20 minutes later, I was told that there was a mistake and that they wouldn’t be able to make my pizza for another 45-90 minutes because of how busy they are. After asking what they intend to do about that since I have groceries waiting in the car, I only got a shoulder shrug, so I walked out. Was super disappointed at the service and the lack of care towards sorting something out. I was honestly excited to have my favourite Brooklyn-Style pizza.
We have never had a bad experience in this Domino's. Always hot and ready when they say. Toppings are loaded and always tasty. Our go to for pizza in Duncan
