Trying to order a pizza on their phone system. Friday night The system said needed a live representative. Kept on hold for 44 minutes After 15 minutes decided to drive to Domino's. back behind the building one employee was having a cigarette. When I got inside the employee at the front was sitting on her personal phone and letting the office phone ring And the one employee was very rude inside when I confronted them and they said they were too busy to answer the phone funny
Delivered wrong pizza now they won't answer the phone so we can get it corrected. Sat on hold for 20mins before finally hanging up. Never ordering from here again.
Horrible. Never ever on time and they literally never answer the phone. Literally ordered 1.5 hours ago and still haven’t received order and app still says it’s been quality checking order for the last 30 min. Edit: showed up 2 hours later so I asked for the manager’s number and she said she was a manager and there’s nothing she can do. Pizza is trash and parm bites not cooked all the way.
Horrible pizza, It’s uncooked bread with sauce and cheese. I ask for well done and I have to put it back in the oven when I get home because it’s not cooked fully very soggy dough. Update decided to give it another try and yet once again undercooked pizza when I asked for well done. It was almost raw. This place goes through employees like I have never seen. Now I am filing a lawsuit
3 stars because the team here has always been A+ from my experiences over a decade, but Domino's as a company needs to go back to the drawing board. This isn't location based it's all of them, Over the past decade it feels like they've removed all the natural pizza flavor that used to be in the crust, the sauce & the toppings and hide the fact its flavorless by training the employees to drench all pizza's and sticks in that garlic butter oil sauce. It's not appetizing ordering breadsticks or bread bites and handling a grease soaked wet box or grabbing a slice of pizza and having a puddle of garlic butter looking back at you.
If I could I’d give this place no stars. Absolutely ridiculous. I had arrived a little earlier than the time period my food was supposedly to be ready by so I was expecting a wait. Not 30 minutes tho. The server came to my car to give me my food, I did not receive a sorry or anything. He simply gave me my pizza and went back inside. I brushed it off my shoulder and just thought maybe it was busy… but I didn’t think it could be possible seeing I was one of three cars in the parking lot. Once I got back home I realized that they forgot something I had paid for. I wasn’t about to drive back to this place cause it was outta the way. I simply wanted a refund for the food I did not receive. You would think calling the dominos I placed an order with would solve this problem but I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and counting now. I have basically memorized the manager special for today because it repeats every 20 seconds. I guess “shortly” means 30 minutes. Don’t order from here. From now on I will drive the extra 10 minutes for a good meal.
The app is relatively clunky. There are periods of time where you just cannot place an order with little to no explanation as to why. You can call the store and you will be on hold for a half an hour to an hour. I know this is a relatively small operation but there needs to be a higher turnover of calls than this for the area that the hartland branch serves. And it's not just Saturday or Friday nights where you'd expect it to be busy, you can regularly expect to be put on hold for at least 10 minutes any way of the week. The delivery drivers are all professional. The cooks there are great. It just doesn't look good when you place an order you get charged for it and your order immediately gets canceled.
I'm not sure if this driver works at this location. I've did some work on the delivery drivers car as a mechanic. I'm very disgusted with seeing half eaten food, spoiled milk, rotten food everywhere from the front to the trunk. I will not be ordering delivery anymore thinking that the pizza I order is getting delivered next to trash.
The local store team helped me use the right coupon save $16 and order online, including special instructions for light sauce and additional cheese. Our order was ready in 12 minutes, and our pizzas and lava cakes were delicious.
The manager was REALLY rude to us. We were regular customers, but due to the bad treatment and him hanging up on us, we will NEVER return to them again. We took our business to Pizza Hut and will continue to do so. The manager was so rude to us, that I literally think my husband and my jaws dropped at the way he was talking to us. I can’t believe a manager would ever be that way. If I could rate lower than a 1 star I would.
