Their drive through set up is poor. Does anyone work here? Super Slow service Obviously they don't care. Numerous complaints about poor service and nothing has been done. They'll be closed within a year. Hope the owner goes to jail for robbery
Love that this place is now corporate. The entire place is just managed better and cleaner! We have ordered several times using the apps and all the food has been prepared the way it was entered in the app. The soups and fries have been hot and fresh each time we have ordered. This past weekend, they were busy but drive thru line moved quickly. If you don't want to wait a few minutes than go to a normal "fast food" place, food is made to order like Culver's not sure why people are complaining! Wonderful staff and management. Thanks for remodeling and making it even better. We haven't go sick from this location since it was remodeled and corporate took it over. The last management ran it to the ground, the place was so dirty.
It's a decent place. Depends who's working the day you order, but they get the order correct about 75% of the time My family are all picky eaters. Love the food!
5 stars four years ago. 06/2022, need to update your hours of operation.... neat drive thru but hot grill and fryers closes 15 min before store closes? Store #9118, not a fan.
I have no idea why is location is so much worse than the others. Last October I ordered a meatball sub and only got marinara. A few months later I ordered a provolone sub and all I got was cheese and bread. Today I ordered 15 inch provolone sub and the bread was falling apart and soggy, the lettuce and tomatoes were on one side and the onions and mayonnaise were on the other side. It wasn't even cut in half. I ordered the broccoli and cheese soup that's usually served in a paper container with a lid. This time I got a plastic oval container that leaked all over my floor mat as it was packed sideways. I also didn't notice that when I was handed my soda that there was no ice in the cup. The Pewaukee, Oconomowoc, Sussex and Waukesha locations are great! I unfortunately went to this location as it's mile from my house. The owner just cuts and pastes a response to all the negative reviews as they are all exactly the same. Look for yourself. If the owner doesn't care then why should the staff. Don't waste your money at this location.
Since the drive thru is completely useless I decided to see if going inside was any easier. It was not. They have a staff full of children working. One kid sat and swept the same pile of garbage for 5 minutes not taking my order, or even aware I was there. The other people were too busy in the back on their phones, including the manager that came out to get a drink and go right back. I'm actually insulted I just gave this place my money.
Walked in, only 1 customer dining in, no other customers, and 5 staff workers, still took 25 minutes from time of order to receiving food, all the food was under-cooked and cold. I requested no onions, instead they loaded it with onions, absolutely worst service, will never go back or recommend this place
New employees do not listen at all. They should be working for McDonalds with how bad they mess orders up. Even if you tell them multiple times you want a whole sub, you will get a half. No matter how many times you tell them you want it hot, that subs coming out cold. Food would taste good if I ever got what I wanted.
Food takes forever to get here. I understand they are short-staffed, but the situation was made even worse now that they opened the drive-thru. I came 10 minutes AFTER my online pickup order was supposed to be ready it was ready; I could see my order sitting there waiting for me, had to wait 7 minutes to be helped and then had to wait another 10 minutes for my food that was all ready except cookies and a cup of macaroni and cheese-not sure what took so long. Sandwiches were soggy and gross by the time we got them. I am disappointed to have spent $30.
I am normally happy with them but every so often I am having to go back because they were told no onions mayo or tomatoes and I would find all or 1 of them on my sandwhich just like last night. Normally I go back and complain but this is a day later. Do I thought I'd post it on here instead
