Domino's

I don't know what the food is like at this location, but I have seen one of the delivery people driving on the road. They could have got somebody killed. A few months ago, I was just walking to Independent close by and saw the Domino's car swerve out of the intersection to turn, then drove on the left side of the road to pass the car ahead of them, even when there was oncoming traffic. They were going way over the speed limit, and there almost was an accident! However, the manager gave me a free pizza after I called them to talk about it. They really appreciate customers calling to discuss what goes on outside of the location.

Horrible experience.... We ordered 3 large pizzas and cheese bread. Upon arrival there was 1 pizza and the driver asked us to pay 55 dollars. We notified the driver that we ordered 3 large pizzas (hence the price) The driver got upset and demonstrated frustration then contacted his manager. You could tell that he was arguing regarding the mess up on the order. Driver then informed us that we needed to pay the full amount in advance and then he would return with the other 2 pizzas. While processing the payment somehow over 500 dollars was added as a tip. (Sketchy) The driver then informed us that he was unable to void the transaction and could only do so upon return. (Odd) We had to ask to keep the original receipt, this should have been offered. After the driver left we called management and explained our frustrations. The manager agreed to reduce the bill to 34 to void one pizza as a courtesy. Upon return with the pizzas, the driver then voided the original charge and charged us 55 . Based on the courtesy offer this should have been 34. We then contacted management again whom informed us that the owner would not agree with the discount the manager offered and therefore was charging us in full. Horrible service, mediocre pizza. 6 people have now boycotted... and word of mouth is the best advertising. VEEY poor judgement on behalf of all staff at this location.

If i could, I would rate Domino's pizza a [ ★★ 2.7 Star rating ★★ ]. They have: GOOD PRICES, DEALS and a GREAT CONCEPT FOR A REWARDS PROGRAM......for fair enough quality pizza, however there were two instances that i was slightly and very disappointed. The first time one of the delivery guys forgot the dip, which wasn't a big issue to me since he deducted them off the order price, No worries, but the second time i went to order online (as it was required to do so to be eligible) for a promotional offer of 50% off pizza's at menu price on the Domino's website and I ONLY HAD THE OPTION TO ORDER SMALL PIZZA'S (which i intended to order 2 XL's) So instead I ordered 4 Small pizza's since it was MY ONLY OPTION. When i got there (after having a brief conversation), one of the staffs stated that "IT WOULD MAKE MORE SENSE TO ORDER XL"s"(instead of 4 small pizza's)........ HOW CAN THAT BE TRUE IF THE DOMINO'S WEBSITE DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME THE OPTION TO CHANGE PIZZA SIZES??? So i explained to him that i couldn't change the pizza sizes on the website and he told me that "NEXT TIME THAT HAPPENS, YOU SHOULD CALL US TO LET US KNOW". I'm sorry but... it's NOT MY JOB TO CALL DOMINO'S TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THEIR WEBSITE. it's not even the staff's fault and obviously there is nothing they could do at that time to fix it....... but seriously domino's website team? FIX YOU'RE STUFF!!!!!!!

I am a customer service manager and I am disgusted by the level of service I received this afternoon. I will never order from this location again and I highly recommend that you don't either. You will regret ordering from here.... wouldn't you hate to order and then regret the decision... take my word.

Great food, great customer service. Made Really fast, and always hot - zero complaints!
